Dog-friendly 2-bedroom condo with open living room / full kitchen / and dining area. Enjoy your coffee on the balcony overlooking Sussex Street. The condo is located steps from Rehoboth Avenue. It is 5 blocks to the ocean and boardwalk. Park your car in a dedicated parking spot for this unit under the building. Plus a Rehoboth Parking Permit is provided for a second car. Walk to coffee shops, breakfast, great restaurants and shops. Located near Cultured Pearl for sushi, Rise for coffee, Dog Fish Head Restaurant, and all the other great options Rehoboth offers. King bed and queen bed. There is a pull-out queen sofa bed for extra guests. Condo sleeps six using the pull-out sofa bed. Sheets and bath towels provided. Kids will love the boardwalk that runs 1 mile along the ocean with the magical FunLand with rides and games for all ages. 3 beach chairs provided and 1 umbrella. The condo is on the third floor with stairs only.

Property was as advertised. Great communication from the host. Super convenient to have both a covered parking space as well as a Rehoboth Beach parking pass to allow for visits to the Beach and boardwalk. Location was convenient to great restaurants and the town.

Great location and condo

We enjoyed our stay. Check-in was very easy, and the location is great. We were able to park the car on-site and walk everywhere. The condo is clean and comfortable. We will book again!

Sweet spot..

We were there for 5 nights and had some unfortunate weather conditions for the first half but location was removed enough to have peace and quiet and proximity to the cool spots near the rotary (ride dogfish and egg) and close enough to zip back if the weather cleared. Really well appointed spot with all the amenities! Had a great time !

Great condo right off Rehoboth Ave

The condo was perfect for working virtually and enjoying the town in the evenings. The kitchen was recently updated and had all the essentials. Diane made the check-in process easy and was super responsive. I would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful home. The hostess was so accommodating and check in was easy. The home was spotless & beds were so comfortable. New appliances were nice. We will definitely be back to enjoy this awesome spot at Rehoboth!

Great location and a very comfortable stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condominium. It was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. There was a slight discrepancy in the description of the beds, but now the correct sizes are on the website. The owner of the unit was very good at getting back to us with any issues that arose and got back to us via text within minutes. Good location with about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Onsite parking was a plus. Overall, I will probably book this unit again when we make our annual trip to the beach!

Convenient location

Check in a little late in the day and check out would be nice at 11. Might want to mention to someone who can’t go up and down all the steps that there is not an elevator in the building.

We were extremely happy with the location of this condo, just a block off the main road on a very quiet side street. Very convenient to the beach and boardwalk, restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops. The unit is modern, has an updated kitchen, and is the perfect size for a small family. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had, and we didn’t have any issues during our stay.

Great Rehoboth Beach Condo!

We rented this condo for a long weekend and it was exactly what we needed. It is so hard to find condos in rehoboth for weekend rentals, this one was perfect for my husband and two daughters. Easy to get to the beach, walking distance to great restaurants and shops! Condo was super clean, nice balcony and great neighborhood. Linda was super helpful with all of my questions and extremely responsive. Great location, great price! Will rent again!

Good but not great

Nice neighborhood location, though a longish walk to the beach. Codes to get in the building were a bit confusing and unit lock always took two tries to work. Unit was very clean, except for some of the glasses. Unit was nice, except for the bathroom (seems to be a common problem). TV is generally good, but occasionally the signal would just drop out for a few seconds and we never did completely figure out how to use all the TV/cable features (another common problem). Nice little balcony. There is no elevator, so if carrying your bags up to the 3rd floor is a big deal, this place is not for you.
