Walk to the Beach!

Walk to the Beach! Coastal style home featuring 3 bedrooms plus large loft and 2 full baths and outdoor shower. Open living with vaulted ceiling and skylights in great room adjoining dining room that opens to a charming screened porch and open decking with southern exposure. Kitchen features in-kitchen dining and good storage. Main bedroom and bath on first floor with two additional bedrooms and large loft located on the second floor. After enjoying the beach all day, shower off in your outside shower, then relax on your back deck or porch. Excellent parking with driveway running street to street and under-house parking. This breezy all-season beach rental. Relax and enjoy this wonderful place at the beach! (Sunday to Sunday booking only for May 2026- Sept 2026). Linens and towels are not provided.

THINGS TO KNOW

- We love our home and like to know about the guests who share it. Please tell us a bit about yourself, your group, and your travel plans when you request a reservation.

- Please treat the Property with the same care you would use with your own residence and leave it in the same condition it was in when you arrived.

- Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

-Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a weekly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).

-The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Amazing location. While not on the water, you can easily walk to the beach. The street is also walkable, and you can get bagels, fresh produce, and McDonald's for the kids easily!

We had a great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host shared all the details with us days before check-in, so everything went smoothly. The beach was just a short walk away, and we would definitely stay here again.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful beach week at this property. The check-in process was smooth and clear and it was communicated well. The owner was easily reachable and responsive when needed, both prior to check-in as well as during the week we were there. There were a lot of beach chairs and other beach equipment available to us--I know we saw a wagon and some boogie boards too. That was very helpful to us. The location was quiet and a very short walk to the beach, making our trips back and forth a breeze. And we loved the easy access to the produce stand just a few blocks away (if you stay here, we highly recommend stopping by for produce). Overall, a great stay!

This property met all the needs for a single family with small children hoping to make memories at the beach. It was close enough to the beach while also being nestled in a quiet neighborhood.

Fun at the beach

The size of the house was perfect for our family and the location was nice being so close to the beach! It was clean and it was a perfect spot for our family to make vacation memories.

Great collection of puzzles and other games to play. Loved the location with lots of trees and close walk to the beach. Easy and safe to cross the busy coastal highway with the pedestrian crosswalks. Lovely produce stand close by to get fresh veggies.

Loved this clean, welcoming space! A super quick walk to the beach and close to shops/restaurants. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the beachy decor was a fun touch. Highly recommend!

House was nice, in a great location. We loved being able to walk to the beach. We appreciated the there were curtains on the bedroom windows to keep the sun out in the morning.
