You are only yards away from the free town shuttle and a quick 10-minute drive to Main Street Breckenridge and the slopes. Just far enough to be out of the congestion of town but close enough to achieve the Breckenridge ski town feel.

-Occupancy Max- 12 people (children and infants included) at any time (day or night).
-Quiet hours are 10pm-7am.
-Just 10 minutes by car to town & about 20 minutes (depending on where you go) by shuttle.
-120 yards to the FREE SHUTTLE stop at the end of your cul de sac. *times can change *You DON'T have to pay Breckenridge local sales tax (only Colorado tax).

-Must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property.
-Security cameras/audio recording devices are located on the premises for your safety. They do not record conversations.
