The apartment consists of a Kitchen with a large living room, where you will find a very comfortable sofa bed for two people, one bedroom and dressing rooms all rigorously in modern style with warm colors typical of 'Tek' wood. The bright and welcoming bathroom, covered by a mosaic offers you a comfortable shower. Small private courtyard flourished in the warmer months. The apartment offers many comforts such as satellite TV, wi-fi connection with internet key (we do not provide a pc), air conditioning, heating system, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, hairdryer.

The Sestiere of Cannaregio in which the apartment is located, and more specifically ' Calle delle Muneghe ' offers many attractions for tourists who want to stay in an area served by the Venetian markets, typical shops, and restaurants that offer excellent cuisine. The most known way to reach Rialto and San Marco is called 'Strada Nuova”, which is a few minutes far from the apartment, along “Rio della Sensa.' The vaporetto stop more convenient is Sant 'Alvise only few minutes walk from the apartment.

This apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. A quiet neighborhood with a short walk to attractions. There were amazing restaurants here! The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this place.

Very comfortable and quiet place to stay. The unit has everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. The trash disposal was a bit confusing but we figured it out.

Daniela was an excellent host. Very communicative throughout the whole process from booking to check out. Her apartment was fantastic, even more charming than the pictures. I really appreciated all of the small details such having European outlet adapters available, bottles of water in the fridge, and a dish of candies on the kitchen counter to welcome us. The location was as promised, quiet, outside of the bustle of the main tourist area, but a close enough walk that we had no problem reaching shops, restaurants, and local attractions. This was my favorite of three places that we stayed during our trip. I highly recommend it!

Apartment was great. Very nice location. Very quiet neighborhood and just short walk to all the hustle and bustle of Venice. Communication with host was excellent. Apartment provided most everything needed. We enjoyed our stay very much and would for sure return.

One of the best lodging experiences we have had in Europe. We felt spoiled with the quality of the appliances and large living area. We walked to/from the train station and found that we were close to everything on our to-do list. Host was extra available and communicative.

Daniela was a terrific hostess. She met us at our Alilaguna stop and walked us to our home away from home. Canneregio is a fantastic neighborhood, away from the hustle bustle. Only a 30 minute walk to St. Mark Square. Daniela provided us with many dining recommendations and touristy spots. Would highly recommend. So nice to see the city after hours.

Convenient place

Overall nice stay in a quiet part of town, but with some great dining options nearby. It was lovely to have a small kitchen. Having air conditioning was appreciated in the summer. Note that the "courtyard" is very small; really only suitable for a single person.

Wonderful, comfortable property away from the tourist crowds but close enough to main sites. Would definitely stay here again if in Venice.

Daniela is great. Met and showed us the apartment and a few dining options. The area around the apartment is very quite away from the crowd and noise of the main attractions, while still a 20 minutes walk away. The apartment itself is clean and had all amenities a family would need. Will definitely recommend to friends who may visit in the future.

Wonderful Cannaregio

Daniela is a fabulous host. She was not able to meet us due to the time we arrived but sent us videos to get to the apartment. She has an amazing location and the apartment was everything we hoped it would be. It was nice to be away from the crowds of San Marco, but still close enough to enjoy every part of Venice. Thank you Daniela for a great stay!

Daniela's luxury apartment was a joy to stay in - beautiful, in a great location & reasonably priced for what we experienced. Daniela was a lovely, helpul, welcoming host who did everything to make our stay special. Her assistant, Cristina was the same!

Great location

Very nice place away from the center, but not too far, which we liked. We had 4 adults and did not spend much time in the room, so it met our needs. Daniela provided excellent instructions and recommendations, she was a great host.

A new stay in Venice!

Our hostess was easy to communicate with and also a nice person to connect with. We plan to stay with her again soon.The apartment was lovely, clean and easy to live in. The apartment had everything we needed. We stayed for 8 nights and it felt like home.We love this area...it is very lively, but the apartment is in a quiet area. We really enjoyed our time here! The best place 😍

This place is super comfortable, clean, cozy, very good climate for those of us who are adapted to air conditioning, the owner had excellent communication and dedication to our stay from the first moment to the point that she took the time to make an exact video and perfect for finding the property and recommends good places to eat, my family is very grateful and we had a great time, my experience was the best 😍😍😍

Venice weekend Get-A-Way

Lovely loft and excellent stay. We were looking for a place a little off the main tourist path but still close enough to all the sites and everything Venice had to offer. This was perfect for what we were looking for. Host is very responsive and very helpful with offering assistance of where to go and what to see.

Perfect stay in Venice

Super clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet area of Cannareggio. Walk 1-2 blocks and you are in a great area with great coffee, bars, and all kinds of food from great easy pizza to high end dining. You can walk to St. Marc’s in 25 minutes, but honestly Cannareggio was our happy place.

Everything thing about this place was awesome. The beds were large, kitchen was well equipped and the shower had great pressure. The neighbourhood was quiet but close enough to hot spots. Communication with the owner was spectacular.

Nice VRBO In Venice!

Off the beaten path, which considering the current visitation status of Venice , is a plus. Very nice spot in a bedroom community of Venice. Some construction/rebuild nearby but still very quiet. Great apartment, nice decor and amenities. Daniela was great!

I am the mother of two wonderful childrens, Gemma Maria of 5 years and Francesco of 3 and a half years, they are the joy of my life and together with my husband Pietro we live everyday life with love and enthusiasm.
When we can, we love to travel although long journeys have been neglected given the tender age of our kids. In recent years our favorite destinations are the Ligurian sea, as I was born in Genoa and I still have all my loved ones there, the Adriatic coast, the Cavallino in particular, half an hour by boat from Venice and the mountain, the Trentino above all.
I love dedicating myself with care and dedication to my 'tourist rental' business, always trying to assist my guests at the best before and during their stay because, having traveled a lot especially abroad before becoming a mother, I know how important it is to assist guests who are abroad and do not know the habits and customs of the place where they are ... in the work I do every day, the satisfaction of my guests is surely my first goal ..

In 2008 I was a single girl and I was looking for a very comfortable accomodation for myself...I fall in love with perla Grigia at the very first visit and decided that 'Pearl' had to become my future home. I bought it and lived there for a while but then I met my husband and together we have decided to move in a cottage in the countryside so I started to rent it with a great pleasure ..I wanted so much that someone else could enjoy it since so comfortable and cozy....my wish came through considering that now all my guests are so happy and satisfied about it and this is a big satisfaction for me since I have looked after it with so much love and care and to realize day by day that everyone is content of the stay in there...this makes my heart full of joy!

Perla Grigia is very comfortable , cozy, modern with an elegant touch, very quiet and located in a very Venetian area where you will feel to be a Venetian for sure.
Furthermore, I always assist my guests ahead and during their stay since I wish so much that the experience in Venice will be unforgettable for everyone.
