It was a good location and lovely apartment. Easily could sleep a family of 4. I was traveling with my sister-in-law so we had more than enough space. The extra toilet room was a bonus for sure.

Wonderful stay. Location is exceptional. Provides a quiet get away from the busy parts of Venice. You get the best of each. Eva and Mrs. Tania were very accommodating. Would recommend.

The neighborhood was perfect for our trip and we would definitely stay in the area again. Two things that might be helpful to other travelers when considering this space for their own travels:- The bed is not good for two. It’s significantly over-worn, though a single person would likely be fine. - the upstairs neighbor is very loud early in the morning. Every day beginning around 6 am. We cannot recommend the area enough though. Definitely a neighborhood we will come back to again.

Great place to stay, not in the busy part with tourist but a close 5 minute walk to main tourist street. Close to train station and catching the water taxi to airport. Only downfall was no laundry soap so had to buy a bottle and then left for next visitors. Check in was great and she helped me book our water taxi (Alilunga and where to go.)

Wonderful apartment in a quieter part of Cannaregio just off the main tourist streets. Very easy to walk almost anywhere in Venice so quieter location was appreciated. Host was also very helpful with information and answering questions and we gave the kitchen a good workout as well.Air conditioning worked great which was a big plus for my pregnant wife. We would return in a heartbeat and made our stay in Venice very comfortable and relaxing.

This was the perfect apartment for us! Tucked away and yet on the canal where you can hear the hustle and bustle of the day, yet quiet at night. Right in the middle of two great areas......you can't take a wrong turn! This place hit all of our marks and the hosts were incredible to work with. Great experience all around!

Clean and spacious apartment with windows opening over the canal. Excellent location near restaurants in Cannareggio, a less touristy area. Still walking distance to Rialto bridge. The hosts were excellent communicators and even met me personally at the location to ensure I knew which apartment and got in safely. The only downside is that this is a ground floor apartment, and I could hear every footstep in the apartment above me. Nothing wild, but could be a problem for light sleepers or young children.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood in the cannaregio district along a canal and very near a variety of restaurants. It is away from the crowds! The AC in the kitchen did not work properly. The owners came the next morning to fix it but it broke again!I would stay at this property the next time we visit.
