private pool with Hot Tub, upon request 24 hours before check in for $40.00 fee per day with 2 nights minimum, excellent location close to shopping and Restaurants.
There are 2 recording security cameras one in the entrance and the other one on the exit to the backyard only record the outside of the home

This is our second year staying at this house for vacation. It’s a great house…plenty of room, pool was clean, beds were comfortable, good location…Hope to be back next year.

Great villa! Ideal location just off US27 and lovely area of Davenport. Easy reach of all local restaurants and attractions. Good aircon, we really appreciated the sports package on tv, and beds are super comfortable. Spotlessly clean and well equipped for family vacation. Best pool we’ve had in Davenport with lovely sunset views. We would 100% book again.

Home is very comfortable. Beautiful backyard!! We really enjoyed watching the wildlife while enjoying the pool. Host is wonderful to work with! Would highly recommend this home and look forward to returning one day!

Excellent vacation home

My family and I stayed there to celebrate my daughter birthday, we were all pleased with this beautiful home, super clean and with enough space to accommodate us, I definitely will book it again, five stars for sure!

Great vacay stay

Great home for a relaxing vacation with you and the family. The host was super easy and very attentive. Definitely recommend this beautiful home and will be back on my next trip to visit Mickey Mouse.

Great place in Davenport

The house was great! Perfect for two people or a small group. I really appreciated the quick response time from the owner. The heated pool and spa were perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Great vacation

Had everything that was needed just wish the jacuzzi was working, and the pool could have been a little cleaner. But my stay was great

We (a family of five) spent three weeks here in August. It was simply fantastic. The house is very clean and has everything you need. The pool is large and also very clean. We felt completely at home and didn't lack anything. We would book again anytime. Thank you for this wonderful stay.

Great House

Loved the house. Plenty of room for my family of 6 plus Grandma. Property is very clean and nicely done. Close proximity to Disney and Universal. Couldn't have asked for more.

We stayed for 6 weeks, and were very happy. The property was clean and well maintained. We loved the multiple recliners in the couch (VERY comfortable). The beds were comfortable, and lots of storage in the bedroom closets. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, and appliances (an air fryer even!). The host was quick to respond to questions. The neighborhood was in a gated community, so felt very safe and quiet. There were wild turkeys and really cool birds that wandered in the field out back, so they were fun to watch. Nice, comfortable furniture around the pool. We didn't pay to heat the pool, so we didn't end up using it, but it was clean and calming to look at. Overall a nice stay!

Wonderful house

We stayed at the house for a week, absolutely loved it. Very clean, pool was refreshing, and communication was fast. Plenty of dishes, pots utensils etc. We will be back next year!

Great relaxing getaway

I was grateful to have the convenient location for my family to connect. We have had a lot of loss in the last decade and it was good to get together as we live in separate states.
