Great location spacious & clean

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our visit. The unit is large & clean with great beach views & easy access. The furniture is outdated but comfortable. There are no spices or beach toys that usually come with most rentals. The management was great & immediately unclogged our sink. I would definitely bring your own paper towels & toilet paper because they have the really cheap stuff .

Beach Happy

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has stayed at Destin Gulfgate several times in various condos and never been dissatisfied with the Gulfgate staff, facilities, location and access to the beautiful beach. We we a little disappointed this time with our condo. The mattresses were all old and need to be replaced. The master king bed has a hump in the middle. There was plenty of bathroom towels but lacked extra linens, pillows and blankets for the pull out couch, which also needs a new mattress. The kitchen appliances were newer but there was a lack of larger serving bowls and cooking/serving utensils, there was only one pot holder. We will always stay at Destin Gulfgate and will recommend it to others but will not rent 203 again.

Best in Destin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my second year in the same unit. It definitely did not disappoint. My opinion you can't get a better location the Destin Gulfgate and unit 203 now feels very familiar. Staff was friendly but didn't really have to interact with them, ( we checked late and left early). In my opinion if you don't have to bug the front dest they are doing there job. Bailey at the beach/chair check-in was very friendly, and did a great job making beach time seamless. This will be an annual trip for my family - got to get booked for next year!

Awesome Beach View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed in Unit 203, it was great. Very clean and well stocked with all the kitchen we needed. The unit is one of the best we have ever rented because it was NOT over decorated nor crowded with unless furniture or decorative items. It has NO fake flowers or trees in the condo. It was NOT an interior decorated nightmare. It has nice useful furnishing and just the right amount of wall art. Maintenance was quick to respond to a lock problem. All the staff we dealt with were pleasant and very helpful. The view from the balcony is awesome. We had our meals on the balcony and sat and read and just looked at the waves. Very relaxing visit to Destin for us. The sounds of the waves are easily heard sitting on the balcony. We always find Gulfgate the right place for us and we easily access all the grocery stores, shopping places, restaurants, and Resurrection Church we like to visit. I highly recommend Until 203 and Destin Gulfgate for your Destin visits.

The furniture has been updated from the pics. Kitchen isn't as updated as other units but for the cheaper price then the other units, I'll take it! Would defiantly stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gulfgate provides a gated property. The beach is private, the pool is great for families. We have never used it but they provide outdoor grills and a covered eating area . The location can’t be beat. Close to all the restaurants, shopping, groceries and there is a kids entertainment experience across the street. The condo complex is always super clean. All the staff is friendly. We have stayed 4 times in different units and we will be going back.

For me this is the only option to stay in Destin. I just can't say enough about the property . 5 stars across th board!! Bailey at beach service was super nice

Totally worth the $$$

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wasn’t sure how I’d feel about this condo looking at the pictures, but it was amazing. Comfortable beds and furniture, everything you can think of for the kitchen, loved having the extra ice maker, 2 full bathrooms, everything was great. For the price I think they could’ve included an extra roll of paper towels, but that is my only complaint. Otherwise everything was fantastic!
