Relax on your balcony with a stunning view of the gulf.

Sterling Sands is located directly on the Gulf with a beach that boasts 380 feet of sugar white sand. This complex features a heated pool, hot tub, barbecue grills with picnic area and fitness room.

This well appointed condo is decorated in a beach theme with fabulous 7th floor views from both the living area and the balcony. Morning coffee on the balcony is not only a relaxing start to your day, but also affords you a chance to watch the dolphins on their morning swim. Modern updates include granite countertops, tile flooring and new cabinetry in the kitchen and baths. Other updates include stainless steel appliances, and a full sized washer/dryer.

The 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a master bedroom with a king size bed and full bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and private access to the second full bath in the unit. The kitchen offers an oversized snack bar plus separate table and chairs. A new sectional has generous seating to enjoy views of the gulf, or your favorite TV shows on the 62” television. Also included at no additional fee is free WiFi and expanded cable.
Located in the heart of Destin you will find easy access to an endless array of activities. In addition to golf, kayaking, parasailing, bumper cars, miniature golf and more, Destin provides unlimited choices for casual and fine dining. You will find multiple shopping venues such as Harbor Walk, an expanded Destin Commons and the Silver Sands outlet mall all within a short drive. Opportunities for deep sea fishing and watercraft rental are abundant in the area.

Our complex is large enough to provide great amenities but small enough to provide a peaceful, family friendly vacation. Sterling Sands is one of the most sought after complexes in the area.

The condo was just as beautiful in real life as it was online. The hosts were very accessible. The kitchen had all you could want, and the beds were comfy.The pool was so clean and stocked with toys. The location was great, and the beach was amazing. I would definitely stay here again!

Easy communication with host via text. Very nice, clean condo with great view of the gulf from the balcony. Washer and Dryer was a great option in this unit.

This was the best lil stay. This condo had everything and very comfortable. Mr. Charlie was great at keeping in touch and help the process go very smooth. Fantastic place to stay.

Loved the location and the view!!! OMG, the view from the balcony is amazing! Every morning we enjoyed our coffee there. The beautiful beach is just steps away! The elevator is close. The 2 bdrm condo was perfect for us 3. My teen son had his privacy which he loves. Kitchen has everything you need, very well equipped. Beds are super comfy and everything was nice and clean. Also like the assigned parking in the garage.

Charlie was the best host and communication was top notch! The condo was clean and easily accessible. The garage parking was a plus we weren’t expecting. We had a minor issue with the door latch and it was fixed within an hour of telling the host. Thank you Charlie for the best beach vacation!

The condo was really nice with lots of great up grades. There were lots on little extra also that helps with feeling at home. ( extra chargers by the bed, really nice storage containers, and great kitchen accessories. The host was very nice to work with. Beach was easy access. The designated parking spot is easy access to elevators. We will definitely return. Condo was everything advertised and more.

The best experience we have ever had! The views, population, cleanliness, and communication were top notch and welcoming! We will likely never stay anywhere else! The owners go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Also: ceiling fans and extra nightstand fans in case you’re like me and have to have the fan to sleep. Did I mention the view…. Perfection.

7th floor perfect beach and ocean view with daily dolphin sightings in the morning as you sip your coffee on the balcony! We always choose this complex because it’s walking distance to the Back Porch for lunches and has great pizza/donuts and more right across the street. Perfect for a fun week with your kids! The pool and beach access is so easy and there’s even a little community beach toy area where your kids can find floaties or buckets and shovels for the day! The furniture is more up to date than the photos, the kitchen flows nicely, the bathrooms were great, the beds comfortable! The host himself, Charlie, was so kind and communicative- we always felt prepared and the checkout process was simple. As a mama who goes to Destin every year, trust me, just book it! HIGHKY RECOMMEND!!!
