The cottage, has a fenced in backyard and large off-street parking that can accommodate a boat. The home is on a quiet street and has an open floor plan that provides charm and modern amenities.

March 2025 Renovations: Both bathrooms were fully remodeled. All bedrooms had new carpet installed.

Just two block from the waterfront. No interior steps or stairs - a 1 level Bungalow that is easy to navigate.

Enjoy all the dining and shopping options that downtown Beaufort has to offer or get out and explore all that nature has to offer on the Crystal Coast.
Comfortably sleeps six in three bedrooms.

Everything was great (except the weather)

The Broad Street house is just as described. The kitchen was generously stocked, including with helpful items like paper towels and plastic wrap - super nice. The internet worked well. The location was quiet and at the same time very convenient to the shore and multiple restaurants and stores. The back yard, while small, worked perfectly for our dog. We appreciated the ease of the keyless door lock and the off-street parking. Unfortunately the hosts do not control the weather and about a week after one of the locals commented, "we don't get snow here," it snowed 6 inches and shut everything down for two days. Oh well.

Perfect

We love Beaufort - and this property was in a perfect location to enjoy it. Just a block from Ann St, and another couple of blocks to the waterfront, then a short walk to downtown. Quiet neighborhood, and great neighbors. The house itself had a great layout, with a complete set of everything you might need. We’ve been to Beaufort multiple times, and stayed in VRBO’s every time. This one is a keeper and we’ll be back.

VRBO APP FAILURE. THIS

Everything about our stay at the property and the owners was excellent. My issue is totally on the VRBO app, it failed to update or refresh to place the actual door code needed to get in. very disappointing. The owners were great and got it corrected. The APP should function correctly

Exactly right

This was our third stay at Broad Street Living. It's probably "too much" house for the two of us and dog, but the fenced yard, the porch, the comfy beds, and the well-stocked kitchen mean we'll return as often as we can!

Perfect spot!

Neighbors were nice. Quiet neighborhood. Super short bike ride to the center of town. Saw and met many friendly people. Holloween was so much fun! The day of the dead event in town was a riot. The fishing was awesome. I’m booking again next year if not again in two weeks!!

We had a wonderful family reunion in Beaufort and Broad Street Living was the perfect place for it! Clean, perfect location - with great outdoor spaces and common space. We all commented that it looked as large and roomy as the photos! Thank you to our excellent hosts.

Girls Trip

This was the perfect location for a weekend with my adult daughters! The house is perfect and very clean! The beds were comfy! We were able to walk to the waterfront and enjoyed many restaurants & shopping. The porch swing and rocking chairs were a great way to spend the evening relaxing!

Perfect stay

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful little home. The location was perfect, we walked to town at least once every day as well as jogged in the mornings. The home was just as described, spacious, comfortable furniture, clean and the kitchen was so well stocked with everything. Communication was fast and responsive with the hosts, they were very nice as well. We would absolutely love to stay again in the future. The kids room also had many fun toys and trinkets that my boys loved to play with. Really cant say enough good things about this property. Thanks for having us!

Nice place and nice location.

Nice breezy front and back porches! House was well equipped. Very walkable and bikeable. Great being able to take our small dog. Close to grocery and pharmacy chains.

Delightful Beaufort House

I grew up spending my summers in Beaufort, and I was excited to spend the week there with my children so they could spend time in my favorite town! The house was very well appointed and clean. We could easily walk, bike or scooter all over town. We did rent a golf cart for a few days to get around more easily with our little ones, and that was so much fun! The hosts were very responsive to any questions or issues. I highly recommend staying here and we plan to stay here again next summer.

Perfect accommodations for a multi-generational family vacation!

We are no strangers to the town of Beaufort and typically visit at least once a year. This trip was extra special as it included 4 generations of family staying under one roof for the first time. We all enjoyed the front porch rocking chairs and swing, especially my grandparents who are in their late 80s. Since we were just a few blocks from Front Street, we indulged in some of our favorite Beafort hot spots: Beaufort Grocery, Dockhouse, Backstreet Pub, Moonrakers, No Name Pizza, Front Street Grill, and more. The dining table on the back patio was a nice option as well to enjoy a meal or drink in a more private setting. We loved all the amenities and there were so many more perks than expected! We had a great trip and are excited to return again next year!

Love Beaufort

This was our third time at 815 Broad to celebrate a birthday. The house is perfect and very well maintained. The location is perfect to walk to the waterfront. We are planning to come back next year.

BSL visit

The house is comfortable and well-equipped, with helpful items that are not usually included with vacation rentals. The location is great, with friendly neighbors and walkable streets- close to the water, shopping and restaurants. A regular coffeemaker with a glass carafe and 2-3 metal spatulas would be nice additions. We had a great time!

Coastal Trip

The house was extremely clean, as well as the porches. We never found a spider web anywhere. The furniture was very comfortable, and the beds slept well. The house was very well appointed, you could tell that the owners took a lot of time to decorate. We really liked the closeness to the waterfront in town and the walk was very enjoyable. We definitely would rent again and would recommend this stay to everyone.

Broad Street Living was a comfortable home. The owners were quick to reply when I had a question. The area felt safe and we walked around at night with no concerns. Definitely recommend to someone looking for a home in a walking distance of downtown. A peaceful home to getaway to.
