OCEANFRONT Property, beautiful views overlooking the beach. HUGE PRIVATE DECK!

Oceanfront rental just steps from the beach. Property is located on the beach boardwalk and is designed for 4-6 people. It has a large living room area, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, and an air mattress available if needed. Please note that the bathroom is accessed through the second bedroom (see photos). Spacious private deck with an amazing view of the ocean and boardwalk below. Includes deck furniture and BBQ (propane is provided). Also includes beach towels and chairs for use on the beach. Washer and dryer included. Restaurants, shopping, and other amenities close by.

Parking MAY BE AVAILABLE for an additional fee of $20 per night. If you require a parking spot, please inquire about availability BEFORE submitting a booking request.

Booking requests expire after 24 hours. A rental agreement is required and must be returned BEFORE your booking request will be approved. Please watch for communications from us in order to finalize your reservation. We cannot accept a booking request without a signed rental agreement and ID.

The view was great. We also had access to a kitchen and washing machine which was also great. However, it was really hard to get over the fact that the 1 bathroom has to be entered through one of the two bedrooms. We all shared the same bathroom and entry which was very poor.

We love this beach retreat! The place is perfect in every way. The owners and managers were very helpful and the big deck overlooking boardwalk and Mission Beach is amazing! Our 3rd stay so far and hoping for many more!

Location was fantastic and house was clean. Parking was a pain since the parking for the location had already been reserved. Also bring toiletries, most of the places I had stayed at earlier had soap/shampoo/conditioner but this did not so we had to go buy these items. But there are plenty of places to buy basic groceries and great restaurants as well

Amazing Family Vacation

This property is located at the perfect spot on Mission Beach Boardwalk. Easy access to walking to restaurants. The access to the beach was just literally a few steps from the door. The chairs and umbrella were so nice to use and easily accessible in the garage. I would highly recommend renting this property for any occasion. We met the owners which were extremely nice and helpful in recommending restaurants. No need to rent a car either. Lift or Uber were always available. Book Today! You will be the happiest people vacationing in San Diego.

Amazing location

The jewel of the property is the amazing deck overlooking the ocean front walk. Great beach access and people watching. Amenities on the deck include 3 lounge chairs, a fire table with seating for 6, two umbrellas and a bbq. The kitchen has only the very basics, so bring spices and condiments. Same with bathroom. You need to bring shower soap and shampoo (unless a tiny bar soap will work for you). Plenty of towels and beach towels are provided. Beds were comfy. We had a great time and would love to come back.

Beautiful view!

The huge deck overlooking the strand/ocean was amazing! The bed was very comfy/living room well appointed. Great directions for TV. Communications with owner were great! We loved our stay!

We loved the location being right on the beach. Comfortable beds and plenty of room to hang out with friends. The patio has an amazing view of the ocean. Easy communication with the owners.

Incredible views of the ocean

We had a fabulous stay! The deck and view cannot be beat. The property is in walking distance to many good eateries and just a rideshare away from many sites and attractions. We’ve stayed here before and hope to return!

Great stay

Perfect location right on the beach. Comfy and clean. Loved having all the beach toys, chairs and boogie boards to use. My teenager loved it. Great view of the ocean every morning was lovely. Would stay again.
