Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Great Locatiin!

The location was so convenient! We were able to walk to town, there was a free shuttle right outside out door and within a few minutes of so many hiking trailheads.

A Perfect Week

We loved this location with its ski-in, short walk-out, and proximity to downtown Breck. We called the management company a couple of times with questions, and they were quick to respond.

Breckenridge Summer

This location was ideal for our summer get away to Breckenridge as it was a good distance from all of our planned outings. The property itself was clean and as advertised. We really enjoyed using the back deck. There was more than enough space for our family of four. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the stay.

Overall we loved the location and proximity to downtown and the mountain lifts. Property management was on top of things, very quick to respond, and very accommodating. I would recommend to others. Only other thing to add is that the property needs some updating to be competitive with other locations. Great spot!!

Perfect Location & Just as Pictured

We truly enjoyed our stay! The property was just as described and very convenient for easy walks to our favorite coffee shop in the morning. We had no problem accessing the property when we arrived late in the evening and checkout was super easy as well. We would definitely stay here again. When in Breckenridge, there are so many options for great places to eat and drink. We particularly enjoy Erik's, Giampietro's, Aurum, CarBoy/Gold Pan, and the Tap House. All are within very easy walking distance to the property!

Lovely Location

Great location! Easy walk to downtown Breckenridge. Loved that the dogs could go right out the back door to a green space. Beds are very comfortable. Overall a nice place to stay for the weekend. A few minor suggestions: kitchen could be better equipped, sheet pans would be a nice addition. A few small maintenance issues--silverware drawer sticks, stove exhaust fan makes too much noise to run, and no dust pan. We did appreciate the broom/vacuum availability. When traveling with pets those are a necessity! The only other critique would be the need for a bit more comfortable seating in the main living area. The couch and one chair are not enough. All that being said, it was a wonderful place to spend the weekend!!

Needs some furniture and structural care

Perhaps the biggest issue for a property that can sleep up to 10 people is the lack of seating in the family room area. A two-seat couch, a wooden bench for 1+ and a small chair is not enough. Using wooden dining room table chairs is not comfortable after a day on the slopes. Suggest a u-shaped, sectional couch -- perhaps those ones that can be moved around and positioned as needed. Windows need some sort of covering -- there is no curtain or shade. While the windows face an open area, the unit is part of a townhome complex with each unit having an outdoor deck. Other families on the deck look right into this unit. Also, a simply curtain can provide some needed "protection" against the cold night air. Finally, one of the skylights in the family room has some structural problems. The wall/ceiling has clear evidence of water damage. No water is coming through -- everything is frozen right now -- but the condition will only worsen as the weather warms in the spring.

Great Location!

Close to town and backed up to a trail up to the mountain and down to Main Street. Clean, in good shape and lots of bedroom space. Kitchen was well stocked…..really no complaints! For the price, the location and space was perfect.

Great location

The location of this property was great. A very short walk to Main Street shops and restaurants! The property itself was not at all what is depicted in the photos. It was not clean, and incredibly out dated. Main floor toilet constantly ran, stained pillows, broken garbage disposal, with many other unacceptable issues. The back deck had a great view, but there was a lot of trash (broken sleds, beer cans, cigarette butts) on the ground around the deck area.
