Location
The home is located on the beautiful Lake Martin. Situated across from (walking distance) Chuck’s Marina allows for convenient boat access along with seasonal food and entertainment. Also, the home is located only 30 miles from the heart of Auburn and 14 miles from downtown Dadeville. Nearby restaurants include Chuck's, Niffer’s Place, Oscar’s Cafe and Copper’s Grill at Stillwaters.

Property:
This home has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths. The master bedroom and guest bedroom have a queen bed. There is also a large sectional couch in the living room. The house is fully furnished including washer, dryer and two Roku TVs. Wi-Fi is also available. Bed and bath linens are provided. The kitchen is stocked with all essential appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. The screened in porch is perfect for entertaining and includes a gas grill, dining table and fans. There is a boardwalk running the length of the slough that is perfect for fishing and swimming. A boat slip is included.

Host was very communicative. Needed some maintenance/cleaning outside on porches. Was great house for small family. Driveway is a bit challenging with a boat trailer or more than 1 car. Would use agai. For future stay.

Great place to spend time with family and friends. We had our Thanksgiving here and it was so lovely! Great view, wonderful back porch, and very well decorated and supplied.

Overall impression of this place was it was in a great location on Lake Martin and the kids enjoyed fishing off the dock.

Great Stay! Very clean Will stay here again.

Owner was friendly and the house was perfect for what we needed. We would definitely stay here again. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. It was a short drive to town if we needed anything. We stayed here in the winter but I would love to come back when the weather is warmer.

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay in this cute house! Very clean and well kept. Super Easy access to the big water and walking distance to Chuck’s just as described. Will be back for sure!!

Very relaxing weekend

Surprised my sister with a stay at Lake Martin for her birthday. We had a great time, just relaxing and going out to eat. Chase was a great host.

Great location

The house was perfect. It had everything we needed and had a large screened in back porch. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a slip for their boat, a very nice house and place to stay and is in very close proximity to Chucks Marina. Our dealings with the owner, Chase was perfect. Couldn’t have chosen a nicer place for my family to stay for a few days.

Lovely Experience

The waterfront house was in a beautiful location. The water was easily accessible and close to the marina. We docked our boat and had fun on the lake. I would definitely come back.
