New renovation in Key Colony Beach oceanfront complex, with heated pool and private beach with amazing ocean views. Unit #5 is a studio condo featuring a brand new kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops, stocked with everything needed to cook a complete meal (stove, oven, toaster, microwave, blender, fridge, etc). Relax on our private beach and enjoy Sunset Park right next door. Beach with lounge chairs, patio tables, tiki's and BBQ grills for guest use. Impeccably clean and sanitized

The space
Newly remodeled studio condo sleeps 4. Full size, well equipped kitchen with all new appliancesr & custom granite counter top. Bathroom has walk-in tiled shower and new vanity. Two brand new, bamboo comfort mattresses on queen sized beds are inviting you to sleep on crisp, 100% cotton sheets and bedding, for a restorative rest after a day in the Florida sun. We also provide thick, high end cotton towels. A laundry basket is provided in the unit & on-site, coin-op laundry machines are available. Fresh linens, bath towels and beach towels are in place upon arrival. We take care of everything for you!
We pride ourselves on keeping our condos super clean and fresh, promising a great Keys experience!

Guest access
You'll have full use of our beach, lounge chairs, tiki huts, BBQ grills, heated pool and grassy areas. We even have a shuffleboard court if you're up to a fun challenge!

Other things to note
If you would like to rent kayaks or bicycles while you are here, Bike Marathon Bike Rentals will deliver them to the Continental Inn. Kayaking in and around Key Colony Beach is a wonderful way to enjoy the water. At low-tide we have a huge sandbar to the West of KCB (about 10 minute kayak away from our condo beach) where you can beach your kayak and explore the shallows on foot. You'll spot huge starfish, spotted eagle rays, small tropical fish and lots of other surprises. We have a bike rack on the side of the complex and a kayak rack down by the beach for use during your stay. Bike Marathon Bike Rentals will also pick up the kayaks/bicycles when your trip is complete. You can call them direct to reserve and schedule delivery

Christmas break in the keys

We came down to the keys for a few days and this condo was perfect for our family. It was very clean, it was in a great little beach community and it was a great location for what we had planned. The owner was very easy to communicate with as well.

Awesome Location

My family of 4 had a great time! We visit Marathon a couple of time per year but this was our first time staying at the Continental Inn. The property is clean and staff is friendly. Our unit was in great shape and a perfect fit for us. The host Kim is very responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

Clean and private

Clean. Location nice in regard to proximity to multiple Keys and local restaurants/shops. Rather private as the complex was small. Appreciated the luggage cart, dehumidifier, and kitchen items as well as the USB chargers. We were able to obtain additional towels/washcloths upon request. Be aware only face soap and a hair dryer are provided as toiletries. The pool and sand area were kept very orderly and clean.

Key Colony Beach Condo

We have visited the Keys many times and this is by far our favorite location. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. Perfect location - steps away from the beach and swimming pool. The beach was peaceful and quiet. We watched a beautiful sunset from the local park which was right next door. Kim was very quick to respond to our questions and extremely helpful. Overall we were very happy with our stay and will be back!

Short Trip Get-A-Way

Great location for a quiet get-a-way. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We woke up to the sunrise and in the evening, just a few steps away, we watched beautiful sunsets. If you are looking to "unplug and get away" this is the place for you. Kim was very helpful, and our accommodations were exactly what we expected! Lovely place.

Memories made here!

We had an enjoyable stay here. Check in was smooth and Kim was very responsive. We enjoyed the sunrises on the beach and the sunsets at the park nearby. We liked walking through the neighborhood and even saw a manatee!

Great location

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed in a great location. Kim was super responsive and helpful when we realized we left something behind. We would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful Stay

Very nicely updated unit in an older complex just steps from watching both sunrises and sunsets over the ocean. Beautiful pool and private beach, along with lots of nice walking paths in this neighborhood. Host Kim and the onsite staff were very kind and always available. We would stay here again.

Peaceful little vacation spot!

The unit is very welcoming and clean. The location is perfect! And Kim has been a pleasure to work with since the first contact. She is kind and very helpful. I highly recommend this location and we will be back!

Great place and great location.

My wife and I stayed here in mid October. Seems to be a good time to visit the Keys. Not too busy. It is an older facility but has been renovated nicely. The private beach was one of the best parts. The grounds are well kept and tidied up each morning. We would stay at this location again.

Great little condo!

Great, updated and very clean condo. Super little beach just steps away. The grounds are spotless. Perfect for me and my husband for 5 days. Would definitely return. Just a note...no shampoo so bring your own. Great stay!

Family Weekend

We stayed with our 4 year old daughter for a long weekend. Place was clean, convenient and had everything we needed. The beach area was amazing and my husband and daughter spent hours snorkeling there. Definitely recommend and will be staying here again!

Very nice condo

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was small, but very clean and newly furnished. Key Colony Beach is a nice community, walk over to Sunset Park for the sunset. Close by is Sombrero Beach, perfect for swimming or fishing. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Super cute!

Great location, awesome little beach access. The property attendants were helpful and shared great tips. Beware that the location means there’s many boats crossing from the ocean to the gulf, but it’s not a detractor. Just a lot of boats to watch. We snorkeled right off the property and saw tons of fish, crabs, barracuda and jellies. Couple manatees swam by, and even a ray! Place was cute and well stocked with towels for the beach and daily use. Beds were comfortable.

Beautiful spot near Key West

A very nice small apartement. It was clean and had everything we needed. The pool is great. Key West is about 80mins away. It has a small beach. The view is great. The water is not so nice there. Lots of sea grass. But the small beach is a nice spot.

Perfect for what we needed

We were looking for quiet accommodations that were close to the beach, without feeling crowded. This property was exactly what we were looking for! The room was plenty big and the fully kitchen was very helpful. All linens and towels were provided which was awesome. The pool was great and we could not have been closer to the beach. All of this, while still never once feeling crowded or loud, and we were surprised at how close we were to everywhere we wanted to be, but still felt secluded. Will definitely recommend and repeat!
