New renovation in Key Colony Beach oceanfront complex, with heated pool and private beach with amazing ocean views. Unit #5 is a studio condo featuring a brand new kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops, stocked with everything needed to cook a complete meal (stove, oven, toaster, microwave, blender, fridge, etc). Relax on our private beach and enjoy Sunset Park right next door. Beach with lounge chairs, patio tables, tiki's and BBQ grills for guest use. Impeccably clean and sanitized

The space
Newly remodeled studio condo sleeps 4. Full size, well equipped kitchen with all new appliancesr & custom granite counter top. Bathroom has walk-in tiled shower and new vanity. Two brand new, bamboo comfort mattresses on queen sized beds are inviting you to sleep on crisp, 100% cotton sheets and bedding, for a restorative rest after a day in the Florida sun. We also provide thick, high end cotton towels. A laundry basket is provided in the unit & on-site, coin-op laundry machines are available. Fresh linens, bath towels and beach towels are in place upon arrival. We take care of everything for you!
We pride ourselves on keeping our condos super clean and fresh, promising a great Keys experience!

Guest access
You'll have full use of our beach, lounge chairs, tiki huts, BBQ grills, heated pool and grassy areas. We even have a shuffleboard court if you're up to a fun challenge!

Other things to note
If you would like to rent kayaks or bicycles while you are here, Bike Marathon Bike Rentals will deliver them to the Continental Inn. Kayaking in and around Key Colony Beach is a wonderful way to enjoy the water. At low-tide we have a huge sandbar to the West of KCB (about 10 minute kayak away from our condo beach) where you can beach your kayak and explore the shallows on foot. You'll spot huge starfish, spotted eagle rays, small tropical fish and lots of other surprises. We have a bike rack on the side of the complex and a kayak rack down by the beach for use during your stay. Bike Marathon Bike Rentals will also pick up the kayaks/bicycles when your trip is complete. You can call them direct to reserve and schedule delivery

Room was exactly as described and very clean. It was big enough for my family of 4 ( 2 daughters age 14 and 11). The kitchen was perfect for breakfast and storing foods for packing lunches.The pool was small and got a bit crowded during popular times but it didn’t really bother us. The beach was clean and nice with lots of seating although small. We knew the water had a lot of seaweed ahead of time and we found that to be true. I know the property can’t clear itBut I think they could have done a better job of keeping the garbage out of it. There was a beautiful park very closeThat was lovely for watching sunsets. We went to the beaches at Bahia Honda 3 times and were able to find nice sand and water there. Marathon had enough restaurant options although most were pretty pricey. More shopping in the area would have been nice.

The host was very accommodating, quickly responsive to text. The condo is really cutely adorned with the beach theme. Even small detail details, it was very nice. I would highly recommend this stay.

Christmas break in the keys

We came down to the keys for a few days and this condo was perfect for our family. It was very clean, it was in a great little beach community and it was a great location for what we had planned. The owner was very easy to communicate with as well.

Great location

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed in a great location. Kim was super responsive and helpful when we realized we left something behind. We would highly recommend staying here.

Family Weekend

We stayed with our 4 year old daughter for a long weekend. Place was clean, convenient and had everything we needed. The beach area was amazing and my husband and daughter spent hours snorkeling there. Definitely recommend and will be staying here again!

Wonderful Stay

Very nicely updated unit in an older complex just steps from watching both sunrises and sunsets over the ocean. Beautiful pool and private beach, along with lots of nice walking paths in this neighborhood. Host Kim and the onsite staff were very kind and always available. We would stay here again.

Memories made here!

We had an enjoyable stay here. Check in was smooth and Kim was very responsive. We enjoyed the sunrises on the beach and the sunsets at the park nearby. We liked walking through the neighborhood and even saw a manatee!

Very nice condo

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was small, but very clean and newly furnished. Key Colony Beach is a nice community, walk over to Sunset Park for the sunset. Close by is Sombrero Beach, perfect for swimming or fishing. We would definitely recommend staying here.
