Our White Sandy Tropical Private is Beautiful and Private! I also own 3 other listings at the same location and all of them are listed on VRBO 243758 & 227146.

Palm Trees, Tropical Plants, Sunshine will surround you in Paradise. Your White Sandy Beach is Private (not open to the public) with Lounge Chairs at the Beach and Pool. The property has a Tiki Hut at the waters edge where you can BBQ (the fish you caught) on the gas grill and dine with your family or friends on the waters edge.

The heated pool is also a great place to relax. The property underwent a recent total landscaped renovation. The condo that is very clean and bright has also been totally renovated with a fully stocked kitchen, granite tops. The condo has password protected wifi that is not shared with any other condos. We have a 50 inch flat screen TV has cable and Netflix in the living room.

The Master Bedroom has its own bathroom, King size bed, flat-screen TV and balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. The second bedroom has 2 double beds and flat-screen TV. The condo was professionally decorated with all new furniture including mattresses/bedding.

Other Activities : Sit on your private beach and watch the Dolphin, Manatee, Tropical birds along with other Keys Wildlife. Kayak, snorkel and bask in the warm sun.

Nice spot to relax

Did a whole lot of relaxation explored wonderful restaurants. My husband and daughter did some scuba diving. Great people that stay in the condo area. Location was outstanding.

Relaxing week in the Keys!

We had a great time in the keys! The location is quiet and accommodated our family of 4 nicely. The host had impeccable communication & we tried many of his provided recommendations. We saw dolphins and sea turtles right off our beach! We’d definitely stay here again if we travel back to the keys.

Excellent host and beautiful location!

This is by far the most communicative and best host we have experienced using the VRBO app! The condo was clean and cool upon arrival, which was great! The view from just outside the condo was absolutely beautiful! There were storms in the area for the first two days of our stay but the weather cleared up nicely for the remainder of our trip and the water cleared up nicely as well. Although the washer and dryer was not in the unit, it was much easier to access than I had anticipated. We truly enjoyed our stay!

First Time in the Keys

Our host did a great job of communication and gave us a ton of suggestions on places to visit, eat and ways to enjoy the Keys. With regards to the accommodations, the master bed was way too hard to enjoy a comfortable night sleep. I would recommend a better mattress solution for future guests or a good mattress pad. The master bath toilet was constantly on and off with the water valve, and the bathroom door needs adjusting, it kept popping open unless you pulled it very hard to close it. I would also recommend a better assortment of kitchen utensils. There were no plastic spatulas and many of the frying pans had the copper plated surfaces and would get scratched with metal spatulas. I bought one and left it for the next guests. The property was very nice, great pool, very great and friendly guests. All in all we had a good time but the experience would have been greatly improved with a better mattress and a quiet toilet.

Best stay in Marathon!

Very accurate pictures and description of property. Michael was in contact with us immediately offering to answer any questions and providing a great listing of information for where to eat, activities to do and places to see. We appreciated the clean, private beach as well as the quiet, safe condo and neighborhood. We would absolutely come back!

Soul Healing

The unit was perfect. Michael (the owner) was so helpful with lists of places to eat and things to do. He was spot on with everything. I’ve never had a host who provides so much. We fell in love and plan to come back. Peaceful beach, quiet community…it was bliss. Thank you

Great Family Vacation

We loved the property. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including books, sand toys, sunscreen, condiments and snorkeling gear! There are a couple grocery stores near by and we filled the fridge and pantry and were able to grill out on the patio under the tiki bar right near the beach. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby if you don’t feel like cooking. The other people on the property were friendly and full of tips and suggestions for food. The snorkeling near the rocks off the beach is spectacular! Michael was a great host and available 24/7 for questions.

Amazing!

What can I say? This is my far my favorite stay in Marathon! My favorite part? The quiet! It is so rare to find! If we wanted to socialize, we did. If we wanted quiet, we stayed home. We rented bicycles and went to our favorite, Havana Jacks, multiple nights. We watched the sunrise every morning, and the sunset at the park…just a few steps away, every evening. The place was clean, had what we needed, and was steps from the ocean. Mike gave us all the tips needed, and couldn’t have been more gracious. I can envision visiting here every year!

Relaxing Property

We came here with another couple. We are all in our 50s. It was a great little quiet place to rest and get some sunshine for the week. The beds in the 2nd bedroom were so awesome that on my way home, I ordered one of their mattresses. They had everything you need from beach chairs to laundry detergent. There were lots of great restaurants nearby with plenty of excursions on the water as well. We hope to come back again. The property owner was very responsive even after just having had surgery.

Everything was perfect

Great, well appointed condo steps from the beach, pool, tiki hut, and coin operated washer/dryers. Terrific location. Michael was very helpful with suggestions for dining, things to do, etc. Year round residents were also friendly and helpful (not always a given!). We very much hope to return next year!

Great vacation and perfect place to stay

The condo was perfect for a family of 4. We had ample room, so many extra supplies included (spices, cookware, kitchen appliances, paper items, beach towels, etc. Very quiet location yet close to all the activities and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

A Week in Paradise

I started renting condos at this location in 1998. My wife and I purchased our first condo when we had 2 young children. We had our 3rd child the following year. Our 2 youngest learned to swill in the pool. We absolutely loved coming to the Keys as a family 2 to 3 times a year. The Florida Keys is not like mainland Florida. You will see so many colorful fish and sea creatures. We enjoy the ocean-side restaurants, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, and snorkeling.

I have 4 vacation condos at this location. I purchased my 1st condo in 1998. Our beach and all adjacent beaches are private beaches and they are landlocked with no public access. The only people that you will encounter on the beach are property owners and guests. Guests love our heated pool. My condos are tastefully decorated with its own password-protected high-speed wifi (150mbps) and a 50-inch high-definition flat screen TV with cable and Netflix. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware. I have a King-size bed in the master and 2 double beds in the guest bedroom.
