Great place to come back to at the end of the day. Lots of pots & pans, everything you need to cook with, wash up with, shower and wash your clothes. Twenty minute bus ride downtown. Makes visiting Vancouver easy.

The property was exactly as described - clean, neat, comfortable and fully furnished with all the necessities. It was in a beautiful quiet neighborhood and walking distance to grocery stores, bakeries etc. I can’t recommend this location enough!!

Nice neighborhood.Walking distance to shops and restaurants.We walked one day to Playland/PNE. Basement apartment is small, but actually bigger than we expected based on the photos. My only recommendation is that they put a frosted film on all of the windows so people can't see in, especially from the street. There is a lot of stuff in the kitchen and bathroom (Ex. Salad spinner, lots of spices, Q tips...) which most people will like but some might find it too much. The host was very nice and welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was incredibly clean, adorable, and so thoughtfully designed. You can tell a lot of care went into every detail. It was also very well stocked with everything we needed, which made the stay extra comfortable and easy. The host was amazing — friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our trip. Would absolutely stay here again! The neighborhood was extremely walkable and there is lots of stuff to see and do !

What an absolutely charming garden suite! Great location...quiet and close to lots of restaurants.The hosts were very friendly and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The suite had everything we could ask for and then some! An absolutely ideal place!

First Grandson visit

Exceptional stay- clean, comfortable and welcoming!!

We had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The place was spotless — very clean and well-maintained, with great attention to detail. You can tell they really care about their guests. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay!

Quiet Street & Cute Space

Stayed here for 3 nights with my parents and husband, and it was the perfect landing pad for us for the weekend. The space had everything we needed, and we were able to walk to some great restaurants nearby.

Wonderful

Very nice and comfortable and in a nice neighborhood with plenty of bakeries and restaurants just blocks away. A bit removed from touristy stuff, but they are all in easy reach via ride share

Wonderful accommodation in Vancouver

We had a great stay in this garden suite. It was very clean, and communication with the owner was effortless. We especially appreciated the outdoor patio area. We would stay here again if ever we go back to Vancouver.

Perfect stay!

Enjoyed my stay as it is a quiet location. Perfect for my needs as I went to the PNE Forum for a show. Great size and all the amenities you need. Comfortable firm bed..I had a great sleep! Would Recommend and would stay again if in the area again.

Amazing Place, Highly Recommend

This place is absolutely lovely. The location is great, the neighborhood is charming and quiet. The proximity to downtown, parks, cafes, public transit, groceries, was perfect for our visit. And the place is homey enough that you can relax and just hang out if you aren't in the mood to go out or just need to take a break. The hosts are incredibly friendly as well. Thank you so much!

Clean, comfortable and very well equipped.Located on a tree-lined street in a very quiet neighbourhood. We rented a car and did not find it to be far from anywhere we wanted to go. The host was very welcoming and helpful with advice and suggestions. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Vancouver.
