This beautifully landscaped home is fully furnished and ready for you to relax and enjoy. The backyard has a private pool and above ground spa, plus an outdoor kitchen with BBQ for entertaining. The pavered patio includes a covered sitting area with T.V. and fireplace for cool evenings. A misting system will keep you comfortable on warm days, as you enjoy the view of the surrounding palm trees. HVAC inside with the addition of a water softener and drinking filtration system. The kitchen has a large island for entertaining, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.
Master bedroom with King size bed, large walk-in closet, and bathroom with double vanity.
Guest bedroom with queen bed and en suite bath. An open den with desk and hide a bed sofa. Spacious laundry room with front load LG washer and dryer. Three car garage with storage and space for two cars. Located in Sun City Grand community. An Additional fee provides you with a pass to access all of the amenities the community offers, including heated pools, indoor track, fitness centers, pickleball courts, and more. Beautiful and well-maintained golf courses surround.

It was Grand!

This was such a beautiful home and I enjoyed my stay 100%! There are so many lovely touches at this home, from the kitchen amenities to the amazing patio/yard. The owners were very flexible, gracious and easy to communicate with.

Wonderful Stay!

My elderly parents stayed at this house for 2 months in early 2023. The unit was very clean and very well maintained. Richard and Laurel were wonderful hosts, checking in multiple times to ensure that everything was going well, and they made the whole booking and check in process very easy. I would definitely recommend this unit for a stay in The Grand!

Well, the owner was friendly. I will list the problems by the way my wife and I have stayed at over 15 VRBOsThe kitchen blinds fell when we tried to open themOf the blinds in the master bedroom, only one of three would open.Then, the front screen door would not lock the main door, and there is a problem.There was a funny smell when the heater was on. I didn't know what it was, but I checked the filter for the heater in the grage, and I pulled it out, the filter, and it was black I went to home depot and put a good quility filter in that took care of the smell.My wife emailed her about the rat dropping under the outside barbque, and she said Oh no, that's bait Yes, there was bait with a lot of rat droppings under the barbque. I didn't use the barbqueThe hot tub was not clean. I emailed her, and she said she had a great pool spa person. We had been here a month, and there was never a pool person for the hot tub. We used it twice. Also, I took a sample of the water in the spa to a spa pool place, and they said it had drained three months ago and had never been treated after that. I used it twice, and no one ever checked it. Before we came down, I asked if it was quiet because Highway 303 was nearby. She said, " OH YES wrong; sometimes, you couldn't be in the back because the freeway noise was so loud depending on the wind direction.I am sure the owners are very nice. However, we paid about 2000 more than we should have.Thank you.
