This AWESOME CONDO has New paint, some new furniture, new bedding, beach chairs, new sleeper sofa.......list is long! This is a wonderful 1st floor condo with incredible ocean views! Just a 1 minute walk to the beach! This condo has tile floors, a fan vent in bedroom wall that pulls air conditioning or warm area as needed into the bedroom! Kitchen has been completely remodeled with high end appliances and lots of storage as well as everything you need to cook! There are 2 bunk beds for the kids or for extra storage. Lots of closet space! The couch in the living room is also a pull out sofa for extra sleeping! The dining table seats 4 and there are ceiling fans in living area and bedroom. Flat screen TV's in both the living area and the bedroom! DVD player, stereo for additional enjoyment! Bathroom has a full size tub and hand held shower sprayer! Patio has high top table and chairs for a great view! There are beach chairs and umbrella for your use. This condo also comes with 2 Beach Cruiser bikes at no extra charge! This condo is extremely clean and maintained. The condo complex offers quick access to the beach, outdoor showers, BBQ grills and picnic tables and a wonderful and well maintained outdoor pool! There is no better location and this place has great amenities and is very clean and well maintained! Close to the bike paths and Coligny Beach and all shopping and restaurants. You can't go wrong! Close to Celebration Park.

Outdated tiles, grout missing in bathroom grout dirty everywhere else very small bedroom barely walk on one side could’ve left a couple of pods of coffee listed as awesome far from awesome great location very old building 145 cleaning fee and we had a cleanup at 250a night. I’d rather be in a hotel.

This property was a great value. It has an ocean view and easy access to a great beach. The bikes, chairs, and umbrella provided were an awesome perk to this property. I would definitely come back. It's older but offers a ton. Hosts were great with communication.

The good, the bad and the ugly. The room we rented (132) was okay. Just know that these rooms are smallish. To be fair, yes, the descriptions do state the square footage so we knew what we were paying for - no harm no foul. The problem's arose when we discovered the internet was flaky. The connection was very unstable and watching TV when it was storming outside on our first day was intermittent at best. I found the router and cable modem inside the water heater closet and tried leaving the door open to let some heat out - that may have helped. I suggested to Lori that they should probably find a cooler place to move the gear and she agreed. At dinner time, the first plate I grabbed had some stuck on something or other on it and some of the bowls looked "well worn." When we got ready for bed that night, there was a tangle of black hair on the pillow (eww), as well as a tear and a stain in the fitted sheet. I asked Lori the next day if she had another room or would be willing to refund our payment so we could find another place. She graciously offered up another room down the hall (136). This room was much better. They had taken out some walls to open it up so there was more room - that was nice. The internet was solid - had no problems with that. We stayed in that room and were quite satisfied with it. So with that said, I give Lori and the second room high marks.Now, I'm trying to be as fair and objective as possible about this as I don't usually leave reviews. I wouldn't

Thank you for staying, so sorry for the trouble. We did end up replacing the modem and router as well as mover it to the living room. Has worked for years and finally had enough. Sorry about the dish and hair on towel, tear in sheet. I have addressed this with owner of housekeeping and it won't happen again. Glad you liked our 136 unit! Please come back anytime!

Exceptional place to stay! Very clean and comfortable, great location, nice view and steps to the beach. Condo is nicely stocked and two sets of towels per person were provided which was greatly appreciated. The bikes are in great condition and we used them every day. We will be back!

Perfect weekend getaway!

Loved the location. A few steps from the beach, a short bike ride from restaurants and the shopping center. The place was very clean, would love to come back for a longer stay next time.
