Great Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for me, my husband and our 2 sons. Great location being so close to the beach! And close to Coligny. Would stay here again!

The villa had a great location all around. Steps away from the beach (our favorite part). Very short drive to the shopping center. Property owner was excellent at communcating. We would stay here again.

This was a great rental condo right on the beach and walking distance to Coligny Plaza. Nicely updated unit. Host was helpful and communicated well. We hope to stay again soon.

This was a great place to stay for my wife and I as we celebrated our anniversary. Beach access was great, condo was clean and the host was super helpful. I would highly recommend this for a couple or small family that wants a place that has plenty of amenities for a beach stay.

Perfect place to relax and kick off summer. The balcony was lovely with comfortable seating and a beautiful view. The condo is walking distance to Coligny plaza with access to restaurants, shopping and coffee! Loved my time here and will stay again

Kendall is the best. She made sure we had everything we needed. However, I would say you may want to get bicycles with a condo because that seems what everybody does around here.And that would be a bonus.

Quick getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Lots of updates have been done to this unit as we have stayed in others that weren’t as updated. Probably could use a new sleeper sofa.

The owner Kendall, was so sweet and helpful with our stay. The views are spectacular and it's right on the beach within walking ifDistance of there and coligny plaza. Our stay was pleasant. The rooms were clean, had what we needed in the kitchen. It was near the elevator for easy access but far enough from the elevator to not cause disturbance. The area was quiet. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and walk to Coligny area from the beach.

The unit was great - everything you needed in a cute little package. The location was the real win - this is close to everything and made walking to shops and restaurants easy. The beach was pristine and easy access from the condo. I would love to come back again and again.

Convenient condo with easy access to beach and Coligny shopping/restaurants. No need to have a car! Smaller place, as advertised, but perfect for a couple. On the top floor with no noise from neighboring units. With a reasonable price, I’d recommend!

Condo was quite clean and well appointed. There are somethings that the owner should take care of but they are not show stoppers.Baseboard in bathroom in front of toilet needs cleaning/painting. The water seal around the shower base is cracked. This will lead to the subfloor getting wet and failing in the distant future. The exchaust fan is only half secure to the ceiling. The drain is slow in the sink. The beach view is great from the balcony. It is difficult to open the sliding door to go out.The refrigerator works well but the door does not seal like it should and you have to keep pushing very hard to make it close. We found the door partially opened when we arrived that there was quite a lot of water that had to be wiped out.

It was great. It had everything we needed. The only addition I would want was a dresser in the main bedroom instead of two luggage racks I would’ve liked to been able to put my clothes away.It was close to coligny and restaurants
