Fun, fresh, and full of style—this oceanview condo is your perfect Hilton Head escape! Recently remodeled with a sleek kitchen featuring full-size stainless appliances and granite counters. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking meals and has both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker. Enjoy a bright open living space with a queen sleeper sofa and large smart TV, plus a comfy queen bed and second TV in the bedroom. Best suited for a couple or couple with 2-3 kids max. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Just steps to the beach with WiFi, cable, and everything you need to relax and recharge!
Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.

Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!
We have many great streaming apps included such as HBO, Max basic, ESPN, Disney+, Hulu, Fox One, AMC+, and Peacock.
Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

The villa had a great location all around. Steps away from the beach (our favorite part). Very short drive to the shopping center. Property owner was excellent at communcating. We would stay here again.

This was a great rental condo right on the beach and walking distance to Coligny Plaza. Nicely updated unit. Host was helpful and communicated well. We hope to stay again soon.

This was a great place to stay for my wife and I as we celebrated our anniversary. Beach access was great, condo was clean and the host was super helpful. I would highly recommend this for a couple or small family that wants a place that has plenty of amenities for a beach stay.

Kendall is the best. She made sure we had everything we needed. However, I would say you may want to get bicycles with a condo because that seems what everybody does around here.And that would be a bonus.

Perfect place to relax and kick off summer. The balcony was lovely with comfortable seating and a beautiful view. The condo is walking distance to Coligny plaza with access to restaurants, shopping and coffee! Loved my time here and will stay again

Perfect condo right in the heart of HHI. This was just the place for me and my 6 year old son. The owner Kendall, was so sweet and helpful with our stay. The views are spectacular and it's right on the beach within walking ifDistance of there and coligny plaza. I highly recommend and would definitely come back!!

Our stay was pleasant. The rooms were clean, had what we needed in the kitchen. It was near the elevator for easy access but far enough from the elevator to not cause disturbance. The area was quiet. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and walk to Coligny area from the beach.

Location really is everything. Our unit was on the third (top) floor of the building with the balcony overlooking the parking lot, and a wonderful view of the ocean from there.It's a small unit which was perfect for two people or a family with small children. Everything we needed to fix a meal was easy to locate in the kitchen. The building itself is worn. But the unit was nicely decorated and fresh. Close proximity to the beach and the pool, and being gated felt safe. You can't control the weather, and it was extremely hot. This made it a little challenging to enjoy the beach. The warm waters also brought more jellyfish, and I got stung by one when wading out too far. Rubbing wet sand on it followed by a warm shower calmed the burn. In the end, Hilton Head Island is still my favorite beach. If we come back again, we'll consider this property as our top choice.

Convenient condo with easy access to beach and Coligny shopping/restaurants. No need to have a car! Smaller place, as advertised, but perfect for a couple. On the top floor with no noise from neighboring units. With a reasonable price, I’d recommend!

The unit was great - everything you needed in a cute little package. The location was the real win - this is close to everything and made walking to shops and restaurants easy. The beach was pristine and easy access from the condo. I would love to come back again and again.

It was great. It had everything we needed. The only addition I would want was a dresser in the main bedroom instead of two luggage racks I would’ve liked to been able to put my clothes away.It was close to coligny and restaurants

Great Location
Very much enjoyed our stay here -- the condo was very clean and everything was in good order. Love the location and ease of access to everything in Hilton Head.
