What a sweet little neighborhood. So many people out walking their dogs. Being surrounded by all the big trees. It was so beautiful!!! The kitchen is well stocked. I didn’t realize it was a town home with 3 stories. My mom came to visit for 2 of the days. So that was hard on her doing stairs. But I may have missed that detail in the listing. Lol. It was a great rental. Great area. You are so close to city creek and so many awesome restaurants. Loved it!

Friends group on a research trip at the Family History Library. We found this property perfect for us, with three bedrooms and two full baths upstairs. We really enjoyed the fireplace in the living room and the beautiful view from the front window. Garage parking and short walk to the FHL were great features, too. We would definitely book this property again.

This lovely and spacious home is in a beautiful neighborhood and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking/eating in, and is a lovely morning walk away from a really nice grocery store (Harmon's). The back patio was the perfect space to enjoy coffee, with plenty of seating for everyone. We didn't have a car, and found it really easy to walk (if you don't mind being on a hill) to public transportation. The host was responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

The house was very nice and relaxing. Easy walk to convention center (10 mins), Temple Square and downtown. We parked the car in the garage and left it there until we were done with our visit. So much better than staying at a hotel! The host was easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend.

Host was great and good with communication. The property has been updated and was very comfortable. We didn’t do much at the property other than sleep, but the location was great and we felt safe out walking even at night.

We had the best time staying here! The location was perfection! Easy to get to & around the area for shopping, dining and taking in the all that downtown Salt Lake City has to offer! Loved the beautiful home, comfortable space, beautiful outdoor sitting area and lovely open space to hang out together. Our family will definitely be back to stay again!!

Great location. Quiet but walking distance to the convention center. Back patio was nice to hang out too. It was very clean and had plenty of kitchen supplies. Would definitely rent again

The host was excellent as was the home. The amenities were exceptional and well cared for. The host provided clear instructions on the location, entry instructions, local attractions, coffee shops and recommended restaurants. Information was also provided on what was required as my guest checked out to the home.If the home is available, I will book it again the next time my friends come to visit.Frank

Great location and amenities
We stayed a week here for an event at the salt palace convention center. A great 15 minute walk. Same for the mall and a lot of great restaurants. Amenities were also amazing. Kitchen especially nice.
