Family Christmas

The house was just as listed. Clean and comfortable and in a convenient location. Host was easy to communicate with and we had a wonderful visit with family. Kitchen had everything we needed to make large family dinners.

Peaceful relaxing

6 friends relaxed in beautiful home after busy days at Asea conference. Some of us enjoyed walking to conference others took Uber. We enjoyed meals together

Great Location - Lots of Room

We enjoyed our stay! There were a couple of items left behind from prior guests, which is no reflection on the owner. There was plenty of room for 2 couples. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools, spices, dishware, foil, plastic wrap, etc, Top of the line appliances! It was not a major issue for us, but all of the bedrooms were on the top floor, which meant there were a lot of stairs. I would have liked to have known that before booking.

Great location and property

The perfect place to stay in SLC for a family or group of friends. Central to many activities and good starting place for a morning run. The property is in great shape and full of features. Owner was very helpful when I tried to modify the booking. Cheers!

Great place in great location

Really cute and well appointed property. Only issue we had was lock box was jammed so there was a bit of a panic gaining access. Worked out by using garage as entrance but it made for a stressful beginning.

Almond Joy real sweet stay!

Beautifully decorated and spacious. Very nice patio area. The sliding glass door needs some WD40. It was very difficult to open and close. In fact I noticed the door handle was bent due to prior occupants most likely encountering same issue. Under "who stayed at property" the "other" button doesn't work. There were 3 co-workers staying there for conference at Hyatt Regency.

Volleyball Trip

Everything about the place was great. Close to the Salt Palace and downtown area. Easy walk down the hill, plenty of space for our group, and great views. Janna was a great host and helped us with any request we had. Would book again for sure.

Convenient for the LDS Conference Center

We enjoyed our trip to Salt Lake. This place was just across the street from the LDS Conference Center so it was extremely convenient to walk. The main level is nice. Kitchen area seems more recently renovated. Bedrooms upstairs are a bit older. Definitely could use some updating. A little high priced for the place now that we’ve seen it and stayed there.

Great location

We were attending a conference at the Salt Palace convention center, were able to walk every day. Great space, great fireplace. Excellent place for a group group of people to stay.

Christmas in SLC

The property is a great space for my wife and I and 2 adult children. Great proximity to walk to downtown SLC. Easy access to the interstate. Fireplace and kitchen were great! Janna was very helpful as well. Would recommend to other visiting SLC.

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY

This property is beautiful and looks just as it does in the pictures. Just far enough from downtown but close enough that if you want to walk you can. It is in the hills so be prepared with comfy shoes. The owner is a wonderful communicator any issues are resolved promptly. Top of the line appliances and a beautiful kitchen. I love to cook.

Location and parking were great

The townhouse was located adjacent to Temple Square and Capitol Hill. We enjoyed that we could walk to restaurants and most downtown locations. Off street garage parking was super convenient.

Decent location, but pricey & bedrooms need upgrades

The condo was a good place to see to visit SLC but was farther from downtown than expected and bedrooms need upgrades The owner should also provide complementary toiletries, and better food & beverage amenities (ie keurig etc) The price was very expensive but appreciated the owner proactively refunding small amount due to loud construction across the street appreciated the owner approving later check out but wish the owner had earlier checkin time

Prime location with beautiful views

The location is prime- walkable to many downtown restaurants and shopping. Janna provided wonderful detail on the area and recommended many spots to dine, grab coffee, etc. There is ample living space and room for multiple guests to feel comfortable. Pros: laundry room, modern kitchen (we had whole foods deliver groceries), appeasing decor, location, quiet neighborhood, lots of extra linens Areas for improvement: could use some fresh paint, a blower for the patio leaves, and the patio sliding door is a but challenging to open. Overall, a wonderful home that we recommend and would revisit. Thanks for a marvelous getaway!

Spacious and comfortable townhouse

Our adult family of 5 were here to celebrate our son/brother's graduation from the University over a few days. It was a perfect house for our gathering and creating good meals to celebrate. The main floor has an open and spacious living room, dining room and fabulous kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses and a variety of cooking pans, etc. It did, however, take us two days before we found the small vertical drawer on the island where the salt/pepper and a few other items were. It would be helpful to label this drawer on the outside to make it more obvious. We had hoped to use the nice, large deck off the dining room, but the weather was cool and we were mostly inside. We did use the gas bbq and the indoor gas fireplace on the cool mornings. The house provides great flexibility. The bedrooms are all upstairs and the beds were comfortable, especially in the master. We didn't use the bottom floor, but it was nice with sofa/chairs and tv. The location is great, quiet street, close to downtown. Janna was quick to respond when we had an issue with the tv internet connection. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Janna!

Spacious apartment with great main floor

This apartment had more room than we needed. Kitchen was well stocked and amazing main floor, modern and clean. Kitchen was well stocked. There is a functioning fireplace, large windows. The basement was ok. But we didn’t use it. The upstairs is also tastefully decorated. The bathrooms are not updated, but clean and the master one is large. The host was really nice and flexible. This place is right next to the Main temple. A mile from Clark’s planetarium. we walked everywhere. But we like walking too! It also has a large garage which was convenient. Great stay!

Beautiful townhome and breathtaking views

This rental was perfect for us as a family. If I had not been on crutches, we could have walked to restaurants. The kitchen has everything one needs for a weekend including all the necessary pots and pans and basic spices. These pans are not the scratched up cheap nonstick you see most places. The entire space was well kept and decorated. Jenna was very quick to respond to any questions and was a pleasure to work with.
