Beautiful Heated Pool- Family House

A beautiful family-friendly neighborhood right between historic downtown St. Augustine (1 mile) and the Atlantic Ocean at Anastasia Island State Park Beach (2 miles). Comfortable family home with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The house comes complete with a fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. High-speed wifi included. Wonderful fenced backyard with loungers, seating area, and heated pool! There is also a chimenea for backyard fires on chilly nights and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off the sand from the beach. For your information, there are motion-activated security cameras on the outside of the house covering the front of the property and the driveway.

Perfect family house

The pool and location were wonderful. The owner had everything! So it was nice to be able to have the kids and enjoy adult time too! Will definitely stay there again!!

It is a cute 1950's style home. It had plenty of space for our family. We enjoyed the pool a lot! The house is super well stocked with everything we needed. There were plenty of beach towel, they provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in bathrooms, which we packed, but if you fly in, you wouldn't necessarily have to purchase! There was also plenty of dish soap, laundry soap, paper towels, etc! We usually have to bring our own, so that was so nice of the property managers to provide that for guests. We had 4 children and 4 adults with us in a multigenerational family group and we all had a great time. The area is very versatile with a mix of activities, landmarks, history, and beautiful BEACHES!!

Jam Packed Family Vacay

The host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early to avoid 4th of July traffic. We were able to watch fireworks from the outside pool. The house was big enough for all of us to have plenty of space and in a great location, so close to town and the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect! Right between downtown and the beaches. We were able to easily visit Anastasia State Park and grab coffee and breakfast down by St. Augustine Beach. We also spent an afternoon downtown - though it was very crowded for the holiday weekend. One thing to be aware of for location is the drawbridge. We got caught twice while boats were passing and our tired and fussy baby was not thrilled about it. The house had everything we needed and the pool was a nice bonus. The car port was essential for managing the heat. Lots of space to spread out! One other thing to note if you're traveling with a little one is that the washing machine is centrally located and quite loud - I would avoid laundry around nap and sleep times or bring a good sound machine. But overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend, especially if you're traveling with a family or larger group.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful property. The owners really thought of every detail! The pool was such an added bonus. It was refreshing even in the hottest summer nights. And don’t let the size fool you. From the front, It looks like a cute little cottage, but it is very spacious and has all the room you need and privacy in the back. Thank you.!

Nice home!

Very nice, clean home. Fully stocked with everything needed in the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and even had plenty of beach towels. Just a 3 minute drive to the beach. The pool was where most of our time at the home was spent. It was a great place to stay!

Happy Times!

This property located a very short distance from the beaches and the downtown area. The house was very comfortable with four couples staying there. The pool is the bonus!! We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and catching up with one another.

What a great stay!

We took our family of 5 on a short spring break trip. We wanted a pool and easy access to the beaches AND shops of St Augustine. This was a very nice and extra roomy house that worked perfectly for us. The hosts were awesome and the house was very clean. We had everything we needed.
