Great location and clean! We live in St Augustine and always love staying on the island! This is the perfect place to be able to walk to local eateries and tour downtown!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this lovely unit. I needed a single story property with a walk-in shower for my elderly mother. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. The host and property manager were very kind and responsive to my questions.

This house was beautifully decorated and clean. It was perfect for three couples. Centrally located to everything. Kitchen had everything you would require if you decided not to go out to eat. The Publix was great for groceries. Beds were very comfortable and soft. Bathrooms were clean and new. Showers were very spacious with two heads. Surrounding area was clean and safe.

We booked this house for a bachelorette party and it was the best decision. We were less than a 5 minute drive from the downtown area and the place was well decorated and very cute for the event. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions and the check in and check out process was very easy. Would book again!

Nicely decorated rental. Fit 9 of us very comfortablely, 5 adults and 4 kids. There is a railing guard for the top bunk bed if needed. Great location. It felt like we were 5-10 minutes from everything that we wanted to do.

Such a cozy and comfortable stay! Celebrated my 50th birthday with friends and the space is perfect for a group to relax. I’m local and will definitely make this my go to spot.

There is definitely a reason why this place has so many 5 star reviews. It was perfect! Propane was out on the fire pit and they had it fixed within an hour. Truly amazing hosts, comfortable beds, adorable setting!

We had such a great stay! This was our annual sister trip and the accommodation was our favorite of any trip so far! The home is clean and comfortable. The location is great! We walked to historic downtown every day and there are plenty of food choices nearby. The short drive to many beaches was nice too. If it’s not on your list, drive by Magnolia Ave in Vilano for a fun photo op! Thanks for sharing your home.

Our stay at this property was absolutely amazing, I can’t say enough good things! The home was beautiful and clearly designed with guests in mind. They had everything needed. We had a group of seven, and everyone felt comfortable with plenty of space. The owner’s communication was excellent from start to finish. A 10/10 stay—don’t hesitate to book!

First of all, the home is beautiful! Great location in a quiet neighborhood. The host was great at communicating and is even mailing two things I forgot to pack back to me! When we arrived we found chocolate and a bottle of wine greeting us in the fridge! We had a wonderful week!

House was beautiful and comfortable. My family and I loved it. We celebrated my mom’s 72nd birthday with a girls trip to St. Augustine and this house was perfect. Not too far from everything. Very clean. Will stay here again.

The home was absolutely beautiful! It was very well stocked with everything we needed. We had 8 people and had plenty of inside and outside room to relax. The location was great. It is close enough to downtown to walk. Paul, our host, was very attentive and answered all of our questions very quickly. I would highly recommend this lovely “Cottage over the Bridge”!
