Perfectly appointed for a relaxing getaway, this cozy villa offers direct beach access and is located right on Hilton Head's prime stretch of sand. Featuring a queen bed, sleeper sofa, and bunks for the kids (located in the bedroom), all cooled with central air. The kitchen is fully stocked and has both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker. Enjoy 2 beach bikes and beach chairs included with your stay! Walk to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and the new Celebration Park — everything you need for a perfect beach vacation is right at your doorstep!
Best suited for a couple with 2-3 kids max.

Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.
Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

We have many great streaming apps included such as HBO, Max basic, ESPN, Disney+, Hulu, Fox One, AMC+, and Peacock.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Really nice place to stay for a week. Exactly as expected compared to the website listing. Right on the beach which was a huge plus. The provided bicycles were in great condition and fun to explore with. Would absolutely stay here again

One of the best things about this property is the location! It is so close to the beach and to Coligny Plaza. There is a crosswalk to the bike trail across the street. While cozy in size, the villa had everything we needed to make some meals, sleep, and relax. The pool is so clean as well. Kendall was responsive to all my questions.

Kendall was perfect to deal with in every way, the condo was well stocked with everything you need, very clean, he even text us early on our arrival day telling us the condo was ready early, which was a great help, will for sure use him again.

The location of this condo is perfect! We loved being walking distance or bike riding distance to Coligny Plaza and just steps away from the beach. The bikes provided were awesome and we used every day.The “twin” bunk beds seem a little smaller than a twin, but are perfect for small children. My 11 year-old was almost too big for it, but he fit ok. The other bed was very comfortable. After staying on the other side of the island previously, we really enjoyed being at the Seaside Villas and the old definitely come back!

You cannot beat this location. My husband and I stayed for a quick weekend getaway and this property was everything we hoped for. Right on beach and close to shops and restaurants. The villa was clean and host did a great job at communicating. We will definitely book again.

The host was very responsive. The bed was very comfortable. The walkTo the beach was easy and very close. We enjoyed the pool. Being memorialDay weekend, the beach was very crowded, but fun to watch all the children play. We went in a dolphin tour. Had a relaxing time.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. This place was great for our quick stop in Hilton Head as we were traveling back home from Ohio to FL. We’ve vacationed in HHI many years. Great location right on the beach. Close to Caligony Circle and shops. Not far from Harbor town & the lighthouse. Could see ocean from our balcony. Room had everything we needed. Clean, easy check in with no issues. Pool was nice. We didn’t need to reach out during our 2 night stay however Kendall was communicative leading up to our stay with all the info needed, checking in to ensure all was good and upon check out. Would recommend and we’d plan to stay again for a longer stay. Only thing wanted to note in case helps others, is the bunks are small so if traveling with older bigger kids likely won’t fit but there was the pull out couch. The description for property did indicate that, I just glanced over that part with our reservation. But it wasn’t an issue for our stay. Overall great place!
