Perfectly appointed for a relaxing getaway, this cozy villa offers direct beach access and is located right on Hilton Head's prime stretch of sand. Featuring a queen bed, sleeper sofa, and bunks for the kids (located in the bedroom), all cooled with central air. Enjoy 2 beach bikes and beach chairs included with your stay! Walk to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and the new Celebration Park — everything you need for a perfect beach vacation is right at your doorstep!

Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park.

Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Great place and location

The condo is in a great location and was clean and had every amenity we needed!The restaurants and shops are just a few minutes from the condo. We will definitely be considering the stay again!

Great spot

We took a short break from everyday life to recharge at the beach. Great location, close to restaurants and shopping, condo was very clean, owner super responsive. It was a small condo but perfect for the two of us.

Best condo!

This is by far the best condo we have ever stayed in. Perfect for our baby moon! We had more than enough supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap) for the whole week (which is very rare)! The condo was very very clean! The small welcome gift was also a bonus! We absolutely loved this condo and hope to come back!!

Great condo!

This condo was the perfect little getaway for my daughter and me. When I first arrived I thought it strange that you entered into the bedroom. I realized how smart that was, though, as it meant the bedroom was cool and dark for great sleeping. My daughter loved the built in bunk beds, too! The ladder was missing, but as soon as we mentioned it, the owner had one sent! She checked in multiple times to make sure our stay was great. The ocean view and balcony were great, as was the quick beach access across a short boardwalk. Location was a 10 minute walk to Coligny Plaza with shopping and restaurants. The pool was clean and never crowded. The gate to the beach is my only complaint, the code didn't always work. In that case we just walked in through the picnic area access. Kitchen and living area were just right. There were beach chairs and an umbrella in the unit.launder was just down the hall and never busy. We really loved this unit and would definitely stay again!

Loved our stay!

This is the perfect little place for a small family. It’s so conveniently located to everything. The bikes that were provided made for easy access to local restaurants and shops. The condo is close to the pool and beach access. The unit was clean and got you a nice little start on the basics such as toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods, etc. You will need to meet delivery drivers outside of the secured gate but it wasn’t a big deal when we ordered groceries in. We just took our beach wagon and we were good to go. Beach chairs and umbrellas were also provided. If flying in, this is so helpful to have for your use. You will need to bring beach towels and plan on washing towels that are provided during your stay. We will be back for sure.

Perfect Location

We loved the property, the condo was the perfect size for us for the short weekend trip we were there for on our way to Florida. The bikes were an added plus that we used to ride to the shops and dining right down the road. The condo was small but perfect for what we needed.

Great beach access!!!

Location to beach is great! Cozy condo worked great for 2 people. Sofa bed works better if you put the mattress on the floor to eliminate feeling metal rods on pullout. Owners respond quickly to questions, very nice.

Cozy

We stayed 2 nights (family of 4). Our kids (9 & 10) loved the bunks. There were a couple of nice surprises the owner left us when we arrived. It’s a 3rd level unit and everything is convenient; Pool, beach, elevator, and laundry facilities. It’s really close to shopping and restaurants. A/C felt great despite how hot it was. There are 2 adult bikes available to use with the unit as well. This place was small but perfect for our stay. Definitely recommend.

The place was perfect for us! Close to the beach, which was calm and beautiful! Great location, nice pool, and supplied all the extras we needed when flying in. Nice balcony with beach view. Very pleased!!

Needed break

Although i was working, it was nice to look out from the couch & see the ocean. Short walk to the park for lunch made it convenient. Lots of restaurant & bar options even during the holiday with great people.

Awesome place

Very clean. Communication was great and quick to respond to any questions. Will stay there again when I return. Had view of ocean from my balcony just awesome to sit and drink coffee on .

We love Hilton head

Nice unit for two . Owner is great to work with. Only negative is the allowance of beach access on this property. People from across the street have beach access through this property. That causes the beach to be quite crowded .

A relaxing vacation

We had a very nice time! We had good communication with owner regarding our stay. Coligny Plaza was approximately a 12 minute walk from the condo complex. We also took advantage of the free trolley which you need to call ahead of time to get around. The drivers work for tips. The Sandbar Beach restaurant, Amigos Mexican and Watusi Restaurants were very good!!! The beach was a short walk from the condo.

We really enjoyed this property on our Anniversary trip!

My wife and I stayed here for our 40th Anniversary. It was everything the host said it would be. I was very clean and comfortable. The walk to the beach is under a minute because it's directly connected to the property! Most importantly, the host is very responsive, courteous, and helpful. We couldn't have asked for more from them.

Sister's Trip

We loved this property! It was exactly what was presented online and communication was great! It was quiet at night and close to anything we wanted to do... shopping, dining, beaching, etc. Having bikes was awesome....and very entertaining! The only thing we would change for next time is to select a condo on the end of the building facing the ocean. Location was still perfect for us and we would definitely stay here again!

Love Seaside Villas!

We’ve stayed with Kendall previously, in a different unit, and have had a good experience both times. The unit was clean and well stocked with plenty of storage. Our only reasons for giving 4 instead of 5 stars are that there isn’t any lighting in the living area other than the ceiling light and under cabinet lights, there are no working clocks and the green light on the smoke detector would blink periodically all night. These are small, mostly unimportant things, but maybe worth mentioning. And I feel that Kendall would have addressed the issues promptly if we’d notified her, but we didn’t feel it was necessary. We’d definitely stay with her again!

Great owners

This was our first experience renting a condo and we were a bit apprehensive, but all worked out well. We needed to tweak our original booking dates and fortunately the owners were able to accomodate us. We had a little problem locating the check in instuctions, but we did find them. Condo was exactly as described; small, but comfy. Adequate for our needs. When we arrived, elevator was not working and our unit was on the third floor. The owner had forgotten to notify us of this fact, but she compensated us for the error. A couple glitches at the beginning, but the owner was prompt and gracious with responses. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Thanksgiving in HH

Great location and nice place near the beach. The owner was very nice and even offered us an additional night since it was quiet over thanksgiving. We rode our bikes all over the island and dined out at several restaurants within walking distance. We would stay there again if we decide to visit HH again from surfside beach in SC.
