We had an amazing time. The condo was very clean and we had ample supplies with the linen package. Resort Realty was a great host, very responsive when needed (which wasn’t often). The pool was easily accessible and the beach wasn’t too far. Our only hiccup was the dishwasher. It leaked a little so we only ran it once and hand washed the rest of the week. We were worried it would leak more. I called maintenance to let them know but never heard back.

Beach Vacation

The property was just as advertised. The condo was clean and the kitchen had all the dishes and utensils you could need. We enjoyed the deck very much.

Kill Devil Hills 2021

We had a very nice stay. The shower curtain liner in the bathroom by the kitchen had mold and mildew on it which was real surprising because they cost a little over $5. which I replaced. The Roku tv can be thrown in the trash as far as I’m concerned. The last 4 days we couldn’t watch tv because it wasn’t connected to cable and wouldn’t connect even after I did everything it said to do. The TV in the bedroom worked but we didn’t want to sit on the bed as a family and watch TV. The sofa in the living area wasn’t very comfortable but the 2 chairs were nice. The kitchen had everything you could need. I gave a 1 star for the property manager because I never saw one. Other then that it’s a very nice place to stay. Thank you

Unit was clean and well maintained, beach access was 200 yards in either direction

Would definitely rent again!
