This is located on the Ocean Side and one street over from the Beach Road.

Relax and enjoy the beauty of the Outer Banks in this beach-themed, fully equipped unit! Lots of personal touches and amenities to make you feel right at home.

Located at MP 9.5 on a quiet street near restaurants and shopping in Kill Devil Hills.

Features include:

A partially enclosed/private 6 person hot tub, cathedral ceiling, large modern kitchen with Refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and regular coffee maker. There are 4 Flat Screen TV's (one in each bedroom and 1 in living room, 2 are smart TV's), 1 VCR's, 3 DVD's, Super Nintendo, PS2, air conditioning/heat, washer and dryer, wireless internet. There is also a sun deck with partial ocean view, comfortable deck furnishings with a picnic table, charcoal grill, an enclosed outside shower, portacrib, highchair, and two baby gates. Short walk to beach. Only 1 block from direct beach access!

Place was exactly as pictured and we enjoyed our stay here. It was plenty of space for all 6 of us (4 adults and 2 kids).

I think this was the third time we've stayed at this house when we've gone to the obx. Awesome location, walking distance to StackEm High pancakes, American Pie ice cream/pizza place, and Miller's. Beach is close too. We'll most likely try to get this house again for next year.

Beach Vacation

Everything was as expected. Location was perfect. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay with our dogs. The hot tub was a great perk for the cool nights.

Cute little property

We came to OBX for a girls trip and we all were in family with the area. This house was located in the middle of everything. Short trips to food, shopping and things to do. Highly recommend sunsets on the big dunes!

Nice house, great location

Clean, walking distance to beautiful beach and a couple of good restaurants. Hot tub was delightful. Our GPS took us to the wrong house and we had to awaken the hosts at 1am in a panic. They could not have been nicer. Highly recommend.

Great OBX Return Experience

It had been a few experience since my family and I had been to OBX and I was very pleased that I was able to find a rental home that allowed my daughter to bring her dog and that was a short walk to public beach access. The owners were very responsive and friendly and their rental home was clean, well stocked and perfect for our needs, on a quiet street. The hot tub was a nice bonus.

Cozy, comfortable & close to the beach!

We loved our stay at this house! Our bed was very comfortable (we stayed in the biggest room with the bathroom) and the hot tub was a perfect end to every day. We used all of the decks- we’d start the morning with coffee & books and soak up the sun on the top deck. When we got too hot, we’d retreat to the lower deck. The house has everything we needed and was a very easy walk to the beach. We brought our own beach buggy but there were 2 there! Lovely, quiet street to walk the dog as well.

Very comfortable vacation home!

While our trip was less than eventful (both of our vehicles were involved in a chain reaction 4 car crash on the way to the house, gas leak in a hotel across the street and shooting at Avalon pier) the house made the stay! The house had all the needed amenities we could ask for, it was cozy, clean and the bed was sooo comfortable! We had our dogs with us and everything was so easy for them as well! The beach is close by and you’re located near so many restaurants and attractions! Definitely a home we would love to rent again! Thank you!!

Perfect Location

This home was the perfect location. It was within walking distance to a lovely beach, and close to many dog friendly hiking locations. The open living space was great for socializing while the bedrooms provided privacy. Because of it's central location we were not too far away from any of the places we wanted to visit on the OBX.
