This has become our go to when we have our anniversary trip to OBx. The house is perfect for us right by beach access and our pup loves the fenced in yard complete with sand pit. I especially love the lack of sand spurs in the yard.

I selfishly always hesitate to write a great review because I want this property to be available for us whenever we want. We can't say enough great things. It's like a second home for us and we can't wait to go back every time we have to leave. It's cozy and just right for our little clan. Even during a nor'easter, we still hunkered down in the Sea Witch and loved every minute!

Great old style beach house. Very short walk to public beach access! Very dog friendly home with fenced yard! Communication was great with Dee! Kitchen had everything you needed!

We had a fantastic stay at the Sea Witch. Our hosts were responsive and helpful. It’s a convenient location and has everything you need for a great beach vacation!

The host Dee is wonderful! The house is very clean! We'd love to see a hot tub and/or pool added on this property. The large fenced in yard is great for our mini-Schnauzer Tiki. Very short walk to the beach.

Sadly, a pool is not an option due to the septic is in the backyard and then we would also have to give up the fenced in yard for the dogs, which they all seem to enjoy immensely and also if we were to do a hot tub we would have to, of course, raise the rates for the maintenance and the upkeep. We so enjoyed your visit and so glad that you enjoyed your stay always appreciate any form of feedback that we get from our visitors.

I had a wonderful time in the OBX and having this rental available made it possible. It is not fancy but it has all you need for a comfortable stay. It is very clean and in a great location. Would definitely stay there again.Also, it is perfect for dogs. Big, spacious deck with plenty of shade and fenced yard.

Everything was very clean, Host responded to text and phone call very quickly, issue was no fault of theirs, thought I had lost the keys, lol. Kitchen was well stocked with every utensil, pot or pan you would ever need. Very spacious parking! The fully fenced large backyard and their obvious love of dogs was much appreciated. We were very comfortable and love the layout. Has large tv and very comfy couch in the living area, with tv’s in all 3 bedrooms also. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and balloon tire cart was a huge help. We will definitely be back there to stay.

The house was exactly as described. The location absolutely can’t be beat. Close to all the restaurants and shops. And even closer to the beach! The large fenced in backyard was a wonderful perk for our pups. We’re already looking forward to a return visit next year!

We had everything we needed and more! The fenced-in yard was perfect for letting our dog out. Getting to the beach was so easy, and so was rinsing off in the outdoor shower. Plus, it’s close to a bunch of great restaurants and other fun stuff. The house had everything we needed and was cozy but not cramped for our family of six plus our dog.

We will be staying here for all of our NagsHead/Kill Devil beach visits. Property is clean, convenient and has a large yard for our dogs.

We had an amazing stay at this sweet cottage, we loved the location and the beach access across the street. It was great to have a washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen. I enjoyed reading on the wrap around porch and being able to let my dog go out the kitchen door into the fully fenced and huge dog yard in the back! The beds were very comfy and Dee was an excellent host, her communication was wonderful and we were able to check in a little early.

Absolutely the best place to stay by the beach!! 2nd year in a row for all of us and we will continue to to book the Sea Witch for our stays! This place has character and charm,wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!! Thank you to Dee and the owners for keeping it so nice!!

You have to be ready for a 1960 home without the upscale look and features. It’s perfect to get to the beach literally three minutes nags head or kill Devils Hill. You’re right in the middle. You can walk to everything. But if you want something a little more upscale and if you need to park underneath something because there’s no. Covered parking. So if it rains, you’re screwed. We had great weather so no complaints. Plenty of towels feel like there should be a little more paper towels and toilet paper to last a week. But overall, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed it with our dogs.

What a great trip to the beach we had...this place was the best location !! They were so easy to work with...because of coming from Pa. , we spent the night on the way down here a couple of hours away. So we got to the place too early...they let us check in ...we just enjoyed this little beach so much ! Every bed was comfortable and every convenience in the kitchen...we will be back!

Great location. A 2 minute walk to the beach, good places to eat in walking distance, great big fenced in yard for the dogs, deck was phenomenal to sit on, tvs in each room, nice dining room table, sofa, kitchen and bedrooms. Would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely perfect - so comfortable, great location, and wonderful for traveling with dogs. It's super convenient to have the beach access right across the street, and Jockey's Ridge just down the road. We can't wait to come back!

This was our second time at this property. It's perfect for us. The location is great, the yard is great for the dogs, the house is very dog friendly and it's close to everything. The beach is across the street. And Dee was great and very responsive to any questions. Definitely 5 stars!
