The Melrose, 2B - Double Bed & Bath: Romantic Geta

While we appreciate the feedback, we were surprised to learn about these concerns for the first time through this review. None of the issues mentioned including the bathroom condition, towels, TV remote, door, bed, or other room concerns were ever reported to us during the stay. Our team was available to assist and had any of these concerns been communicated, we would have gladly looked into them and addressed anything within our control. Unfortunately, we cannot resolve issues that are never brought to our attention. We always welcome constructive feedback but we also encourage guests to communicate concerns during their stay so we have a fair opportunity to assist and improve their experience in real time. We’re glad the town itself was a highlight of the trip.

Thank you for your feedback. When the concerns were raised during the stay, we responded promptly and offered a resolution including a refund option if the reservation was shortened and the unit vacated. However, the apartment remained fully occupied for the duration of the booking so a full refund could not be processed. We strive to resolve concerns in real time and apply our policies fairly and consistently. We wish you the best in your future travels.
