The room was excellent. Clean, well kept, and spacious for our family. The main elevator was out a couple times throughout our stay which was inconvenient but otherwise the property was great. We had issues with the door code on arrival but host was very responsive and helpful to get it resolved quickly.

Hot tub was broken. It was a big attraction for renting here. Poor lighting in queen room except at night.Curtains did not cover sliding glass door. Pantry was locked. No broom or vacuum. Code did not work when we got there.
Se hospedó 4 noches en septiembre de 2026
Respuesta de VrboOwner, el 6 oct. 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry the hot tub was unavailable, especially since it was an important part of your decision to book 2215 Seacrest. The hot tub is managed by the Seacrest building management, and we did report the issue to the appropriate team so it could be addressed. We’re glad we were able to assist with the door code issue during your stay. The pantry mentioned in the review is an owner’s closet used for personal items and is not intended for guest access. We also would have been happy to provide a broom or vacuum had we known one was needed during your stay. We appreciate your feedback regarding the lighting and curtains as well and have shared these concerns with our team for review. We always want our guests to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we’re grateful you brought these items to our attention. Thank you again, Team host2coast

Property host made several mistakes that caused us to not enjoy the visit to the fullest. The code to the villa was incorrect and we had to wait to get a new code. No wrist bands were left for us to enjoy the pool and we were asked to leave the pool. I will not use this host again

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the door code and pool access during your stay. We understand how frustrating it must have been to encounter these issues upon arrival and while trying to enjoy the pool. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and are sorry we did not provide the smooth experience you expected.
