It offers tremendous comfort, tasteful beach decor along with spectacular emerald gulf views from its 4 balconies. With 300 degrees of panoramic views and amazing sunsets, this home is set on the first street off Inlet Beach with the front of the house facing the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. This house is one of Inlet Beach's tallest, with 4 levels. It also has a private salt water pool, which is just steps from private shores of Inlet Beach. The house can accommodate several families or luxuriously pamper just one. It is outfitted with an elevator that lifts to all four floors, two sets of washer and dryers, one set on floor 1 and the other on floor 2. Guests enjoy plenty of space to spread out in 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths. There are Four King Bedrooms, One bedroom with Two Queens and a Bunk Room with 2 Full and 2 Twin Beds. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Most breathtaking is its top floor which boasts one of Inlet's most luxurious entertainment areas, featuring a deluxe chef's kitchen, pantry, separate bar, dining table, seating area, powder room and modern linear gas fireplace. As you walk through the gliding french doors onto the deck with dining table, extra seating, ceiling heater and grill, you feel completely serene with the Gulf at your fingertips. You have access to a locked private entrance to the beach access across from the home, which is less than a minute walk.

About the Area: Uncrowded, pristine white sand beaches, with clear, emerald blue-green water- our beaches are definitely world class! Our guests marvel at the breathtaking Gulf Coast sunsets. Award winning beaches year after year! Inlet Beach is very close to Rosemary Beach and 20 min away from the Panama City Beach Airport.

Take a Tour:
Enter through front of home facing Gulf where the private pool. The garage holds beach chairs and toys for your use. Your first King bedroom with bathroom and deck offer complete privacy. Washer and dryer for easy use at pool and bedroom.

Walk up or take the elevator to the second floor where you will find a Bunk Room with 2 Full and 2 Twin beds, along with en-suite bath. Bedroom two is a King Bedroom with bathroom, which shares a deck with the other King Bedroom, with dual sinks and huge closet. A washer and dryer are also on this floor.

As you enter the third floor, you will find a bedroom with 2 Queen beds and a tub/shower combo. Also situated on the this floor is the Master King Bedroom, beautiful bathroom with large stand-up shower along with walk-in closet. The bedroom is fit for a King, with comfortable attached living room and morning bar area complete with Keurig coffee maker, wine cooler and private balcony.

Your fourth floor is your entertainment venue. Breathtaking views and breezes from the gulf capture your heart as you look out thru the wide sliding french doors. The open-concept interior is meant to be enjoyed! The huge kitchen is outfitted with chef tools, where the counter sits four. There are multiple seating areas and ways in which to entertain or simply relax. A beautiful wood dining table seats 10 comfortably. Walk to the separate bar, featuring ice maker, beverage cooler and 4 stools. Two couches face 70" Smart HDTV with DVD player. Listen to your favorite tunes as you connect to the whole-house Sonos system (Spotify premium included). Warm lighting throughout this floor with tasteful beach decor, you can't help but relax, entertain and enjoy the views and ocean air.
