A Private Parking Space under the building & A Free Set of Beach Chairs with an Umbrella are complimentary. Owner Operated.
This large one-bedroom suite has a bedroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen all overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! Sliding glass doors open onto the balcony for a nonstop ocean & beach view. The condo is fully equipped & furnished with all the amenities you need to enjoy your vacation instantly.
One complimentary private parking space close to the elevator takes you up to your condo door! Also included is one set of Beach Chairs, when in season.

Our stay was great!! Communication with the host was great, always available. We have stayed at the Calypso before and always been satisfied. I would say that for what we paid for our stay, I was expecting a newer more updated decor…Definitely the sofa….The biggest perk for the condo is the parking beneath the complex!!!! Will probably book in the future…Overall, no complaints…Satisfied

The property was clean and had everything you needed to get started. The parking space is an added plus, and even though we were on the 19th floor, the elevators were fast and easy and it opens up right at your door. Bedroom in the front with a view is great too. If tropical storm Bertha hadn’t decided to crash our vacation it would have been perfect, but that’s what you get in Florida in July! Only suggestion I would have is a new shower head…Thanks for letting us share your condo!

We loved everything about this vacation! The room, the place, the location and of course the beach! Toni was so sweet to speak to and her place was so clean and nice! It set us up for the perfect week. Being so close to the pier on the beach was nice and pier park being right out of the back door was perfect! The balcony views from the 19th floor were to die for especially for the fireworks we got to experience on the 4th of July!! We are already planning to come back. Thanks for opening up your beautiful place to our family!

We spent five nights and didn't want to go home. Unmatched view of the Gulf and the pier. The property was well-maintained and very clean! The VIP parking made coming and going a breeze. The host communicated well, and there were no surprises.

Parking was provided. Beach view was amazing! Bed was very comfortable. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Location!!!!!

Condo was perfect, had all of the amenities needed. Location was absolutely perfect. Very clean, easy check-in and parking. Will definitely be going back!

I traveled the world in a wonderful 30-year career with Delta Airlines which took me to Atlanta GA. where I raised 3 fabulous children. We always spent our beach & boating vacations in South Florida near the area where I grew up.
On an invite from a friend in 2002 we went to Panama City Beach. To my surprise, I found P.C.B. to be one of the most beautiful beaches in the US and a short distance away from Atlanta. In 2003 I decided to invest in a beachfront condominium and the vacation rental business became a full-time career. I now live in Kennesaw, GA a suburb north of Atlanta & I still love to travel the world!
Hospitality & great service is my strong suit, thanks to Delta
I'm always a phone call away & always available to my guests! And I'm happy to help make my guest's vacation experience the best!

Great location on The Gulf Of Mexico beachfront. I'm partial to the tropical blue/green waters & sugar white sands. Also In walking distance of just about everything needed to enjoy a great vacation. And the airport is only 15-20 minutes away.
