This cozy vacation cottage is located close to Pismo Beach, Arroyo Grande, and Central Coast Wineries. It features a private porch area. Our vacation cottage is fully equipped and located within Pismo Sands RV Resort; a private, gated park with facilities available to our cottage guests such as pool, spa, rental bikes, playground, laundromat, and convenience store. Our cottage is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).

Small but mighty

Very clean small cottage in a very neat RV park. We were there for Cal Poly SLO graduation, and it worked out perfectly for our group of three. Oceano has some really good restaurants close by!

Amazing little getaway

Perfect little getaway. I loved that they had a game room that had a toddler kitchen with all the play food to go with it plus a ton of other fun games for kids and adults. Good location. Close to beach and grocery store. Cant wait to plan our next trip

Loved the RV resort for my kiddos, they loved the playground, arcade and the pool! Cottage was super cute and cozy. Assigned parking was great. Resort was super quiet and felt safe. My son was able to ride his bike around. Only thing about the cottage when we pulled out the sofa bed to sleep in the sheets were full of crumbs of food and there was a big brown stain on them. But thank goodness there were extra sheets in the back bedroom closet and we changed them and went to bed. Another than that great place.

Loved the facility

It was a wonderful stay with great amenities. The only thing was missing was the grill that was listed, which was greatly needed. Other than that, it was superb. Will most definitely be back.

We would definitely visit this property again, the cottage was clean and the park pleasantly quiet throughout the day. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Pleasant and Affordable stay

This property is smaller than I imagined but it was clean, affordable, and approx 8 minutes from Pismo Beach. We did not spend much time in it as we planned to be out and about in Pismo, so it served its purpose but I would not stay here again. I

Great place to stay!

We visited for my niece’s wedding. Conveniently located to grocery stores and beach. The RV park had a game room, pool and free popcorn for my 4 and 6 year old. We would definitely stay here again.

COTTAGE 400

THE COTTAGE WAS VERY CUTE AS I EXPECTED. .. I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH THE LACK OF SHOPPING INFORMATION FOR THE AREA. I PURCHASED A PINT OF HALF AND HALF FOR MY MORNING COFFEE AT THE CENTRAL MARKET AND IT WAS SPOILED, MAKING MY COFFEE UNDRINKABLE. NOT YOUR FAULT BUT JUST A COMMENT.

Nice and quiet

Very nice clean little cottage. There was a bit of a problem with the check-in, but it was easily fixed. Pool and spa were very nice. The whole property was very well maintained and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Birthday getaway

We booked the cottage for my daughter’s birthday, it was perfect for what we needed, just a few minutes drive from downtown and the beach. She loved having lunch in her own picnic table next to the cottage. It was clean, easy to communicate with the host, the game room was great to distract both kids (7yrs and 2yrs)

Pismo Beach Retreat

Thank you! Loved our bed. Our two adult kids (daughter and husband) didn’t sleep well. One on the loft (aero bed) and one on sofa bed. Heater is very noisy. All in all, great place to stay.
