“Welcome to The lake House” You will enjoy a natural and intimate place in the city. Our natural pond, the long deck, the fire pit and barbecue, make it ideal to share with your partner, family or friends. You can bring your RV or boat, we have plenty parking area. The house has all the staff for your comfort and an equipped kitchen if you prefer to cook.

The property has a camera system in the patios, entrance area, parking lots and the pond. There are no cameras inside the house. They are duly visible and with the respective posters.

Spring training stay

We enjoyed our stay at Yurima’s home in the Tampa area. We were in town for spring training and her home was perfect for that.

The outdoors are great. The house was clean.

Centrally located in a good neighborhood. The house had all the necessary amenities. Easy to check in, I will consider staying here again. Absolutely loved the outdoors, very relaxing!

Fantastic Getaway

This property is beyond beautiful and CLEAN! Bedding was comfortable and the bath towels super plush. I can't say enough positive descriptions about this little rustic gem. Ideal location to Ed Radice softball fields, and short jaunt to Clearwater beach. My family created wonderful memories with a no hassle stay. Hope my Lady Warriors softball team return to Tampa next year, because I know we'll book this again.

Such a great place!

Adorable hideaway on a pond - great wildlife views. You can hear the frogs and see turtles, fish, ducks. There’s a swing in the tree out back. The cabin was clean and had all the necessities. Bring your own laundry soap/softener/dryer sheets, just FYI. Plenty of extra pillows and the blankets. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. There are also great outdoor spaces and tables. I would stay here again.

Great time and location

I rented the house for myself and family. There was 5 ppl total. 3 Adults and 2 teenage boys. The lake and yard were absolutely beautiful. We spent most of our time outside when we were hanging at the house. The inside of the house is gorgeous and stocked with all essentials! I will definitely keep this house in mind our next trip to Florida!!

Golf week

Nice visit. Neighbors make a lot of noise. Street noise is an issue. Driveway entrance is a narrow maneuver for larger vehicles.

I am very sorry that you consider “very noise”to my neighbors, they just had the 2 year birthday celebration of they baby during the afternoon and our patios adjoin. Honestly I have not had any complaints about them in several years, on the contrary, they have always been very tolerant and respectful with my guests.

Lovely place. Shady and comfortable, even in hot weather

We came to Tampa to visit our daughter, her husband and 2 toddler granddaughters. Usually we come in the winter, but didn't in 2021 because of Covid. Yuri's lake house was perfect for many reasons. We wanted three bedrooms so our granddaughters could spend a few nights, it had a large yard to play in, and was close to many great attractions (Honeymoon Island and the Tampa Children's Museum). Yuri quickly responded to any questions we had....but since everything was perfect, we didn't have many concerns. We even had 8 ducklings hatch in the yard, near the pond while we were there, so that was an extra treat for the little granddaughters. We would happily stay there again.

Wonderful place!

This place is absolutely perfect-amazingly clean with everything you could need plus more! Fresh, soft bedding and towels, comfy beds, and that couch is awesome! Kids enjoyed the huge yard and fun little “town” beside the lake. Yuri is a wonderful host, very accommodating with excellent communication. This was our family’s second stay at the green cabin and we look forward to returning again.

Nice Place!!!!!

Place VERY clean. Owner is a doll! Was disappointed we couldnt fish. Thought we were allowed until we got there. Never saw any allegators.

Great place

Neighbors dog barked all night the first night but after I saw the neighbor the next day and politely asked him if it was his german Sheppard that was left outside all night. He assured us it wasn’t but miraculously there weee no more dog barking nights. Fun place to stay

Wonderful property

We loved everything about this place! So clean, comfortable and well stocked with more than anything you need. We had 4 adults, 2 kids + pets and could not have enjoyed ourselves more. Great kitchen setup for family meals, very comfortable beds, linens were so nice. And that couch is SO comfy! The little town and yard are great for kids. Yuri is a wonderful host and very accommodating with great communication. Look forward to coming back. Thank you!

Very nice place to stay.

Fun spot. Very clean. Only one night of loud music from the neighbors but otherwise a very enjoyable stay. Feels like a great central location for all things Tampa.

Fantastic Cabin Property

The cabin was wonderful, clean, and close to the airport, food, and grocery store. It was the perfect property for several family couples. The hosts were fantastic and communication was so helpful!

Town & City Cabin on Lake Reserve

The Cabin is very maintained & clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed. The beds are comfy. AC, Fridge, TVs etc all work very well. Netflix & internet was a definite plus for our family. The Ghost Town is adorable & great for pictures. The yard was perfect for my son to throw around the football. Yuri is very sweet & accommodating. We would definitely stay there again & rent from any of Yuri's rentals.
