Stunning Key West Style Waterfront Home with Exceptional Views!

Jackie and her husband were pleasant and their pets adorable. During their stay we had the opportunity to interact on various occasions. I believe those to be informative, cordial and overall helpful. Even at one point telling me how ‘Wonderful” things were. It was until it was time to do the post stay clean, that things started going sideways. There was a significant amount of dog hair on the sofas, bedding and flooring. I shared my disappointment with Jackie in what was intended to be private feedback and not discussed openly on this platform. She became very defensive and what followed was her review. It was evident that the pets were allowed on the furniture. I understand that keeping pets off the furniture can sometimes be difficult. (I have a 7 lb. Havanese.) So, if that isn’t possible, covering the furniture would be the next best option to protect and make cleanup more manageable. It took much longer to complete a deep and detailed clean. Some things are best just replacing. I didn’t request additional fees, nor did I post a negative review. Describing the home is outdated is entirely false. Last year I completed an interior refresh with all new LV flooring, fresh paint in every room, and a whole lot of other nice new things. I strive diligently to provide a clean, quiet and comfortable home and an overall memorable experience for all of my guests. Most of which are repeat customers, which is the ultimate compliment. I wish them the very best in their new home.
