Recently renovated . 2 bedroom, 1 bath waterfront condo! This second floor unit has breathtaking views of the lighthouse, wildlife, and of course, the ponies. Sea Tag's brand new deep water floating dock is the best on the island. Boat slip included with rental - fishing and crabbing right from the dock! Amenities include central heat and AC, high speed WiFi, 3 flat screen TVs, DISH network television. The master bedroom features a Queen size bed and flat screen TV. The second bedroom features bunk (twin) beds, a full size bed, and a flat screen TV. The living room includes sofa and love-seat with flat screen TV. This unit also features a well stocked kitchen, with coffee maker, blender, crock pot, dishwasher, convection oven and microwave.

Bike rack on property and kayak rentals next door.

Multiple outside charcoal grills. Bring your own charcoal!

Weekend Getaway

Beautiful view of sunset and sunrise from balcony! Loved watching and listening to the birds and sounds of nature. The condo was clean with comfortable accommodations.

MID WEEK VAYCAY

Just stayed a couple of days and made the most of it..Saw the Ponies and other wildlife at the park..Took a walk on the beach. Had nice drinks and food at restaurants. The apartment was fantastic..!! CLEAN! ORGANIZED! Came with everything you would need for a short or long stay. Will try this same apartment again!

An absolute delight!

We had a wonderful long weekend at this property. It was very clean, beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings, well-equipped kitchen and little extra touches that were thoughtful, like the towel and bathing suit hooks in the bathroom. The view from the deck was outstanding, and we loved being able to see the lighthouse and watch the ponies in the field across the water. Though we never did go out on the dock, it certainly would be great for fishing or launching a kayak. Chincoteague offers so much to enjoy, with the lovely beach, park and good food. And this property is a perfect place to stay to both explore all the area offers and to relax and take in the beautiful views. We hope to return!

Chincoteague Girls’ Getaway

This is my 2nd time staying here, and I have plans to come back. Great location - quiet and very scenic. Unit is clean, well-appointed, and nicely decorated. The host is responsive and very accommodating. It’s a great place to stay.

We had an amazing stay and this beautiful place right on the water. Everything was clean and so inviting! The decor was perfect for a beach house and everything was so organized .

Perfect Family Getaway

This property was exactly as described. It was in a beautiful location. Close to the beach, restaurants and some shopping. The local grocery store is priced very high. I would definitely pre-shop. However the condo was perfect and exactly as described. The host communicated clearly and timely. 10/10 reccomend.

Another Wonderful Stay!

This is our third stay at this property. The whole family looks forward to our annual trip to Chincoteague. This property has everything you need to host your family on the island, a well equipped kitchen, access to a dock for fishing & crabbing, a deck for picnic dinners overlooking the water.

Great condo right on the water. Kids enjoyed crabbing from the dock. Great location and view of the lighthouse! Nice deck overlooking the water.

Fabulous time!

The place we stayed @ was wonderful! The kitchen was fully stocked with eating and cooking utensils, the thermostat worked well, and the entire condo was clean. The condo building was safe and secure, quiet and relaxing, and all around a fun place! My family and I would definitely return to this condo and location (Chincoteague, facing the bay/ocean) again, if available!

Great views, convenient location

Very nice, clean and comfortable. Great views, saw the ponies on assateague island everyday from the deck. Only note is there are no bathroom towels so be sure to bring those!

Chincoteague Get-Away

Beautiful, quiet, peaceful setting, but so convenient to everything the island has to offer; thoughtful, responsive host; clean, pretty, super-comfortable, well-appointed condo. I can't recommend this place enough. Can't wait to go back!

The perfect location in Chincoteague

A clean, delightful location with a beautiful view looking out over Assateague Island. Comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, all the things one needs for a long weekend, everything was perfect. I would happily come back!

Lovely!

Our third consecutive year of staying in this unit. Returning next year. Quiet, peaceful & beautiful spot. A little wear and tear showing especially in the bathroom. However, my rating on this unit and it's owner is five stars.

Nice views

We’ve stayed in this location before. Love the view. Everything was clean and updated. However we did miss the ability to bring our dog and our family is growing. So we may not always be able to stay there in the future for a full family vacation, due to the size. But would absolutely consider it for smaller get aways again.
