Short walk to the beach Dog friendly too! Docking for boaters!

Welcome to our cozy cottage, canal property. Gorgeous marsh view from the front porch. Fenced in yard for the pups. Dock your boat outback and be just three minutes from the intercoastal waterway and 10 minutes to the inlet to the ocean. Two Kayaks at the house for your enjoyment. Beach lovers we are the ninth house down the block from the beach access so just a short walk. Swordfish Drive also takes a turn and parallels to the ICW. A great place to walk the puppies. Just beautiful at night. (pet fee required) We have added an OUTDOOR SHOWER for the new season!

Upstairs living area with 55 inch smart HD TV. Downstairs living area has sitting room, (no steps to enter the ground level) table and chairs for cards, games, puzzles etc. 50" TV, DVR, VCR and t DVDs available. Free high speed internet.

An upgraded two zone central heating and air system with dehumidifier. Both master bedrooms have king-size mattresses. Third bedroom is equipped with queen size bed. Downstairs family room has a full size convertible couch. Also a chair that converts into a twin size bed.

Kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and stocked with dishes, pots pans, stockpot, gadgets and bakeware. Lots of small appliances like toaster, blender, coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, crockpot etc. With just a short walk to the beach and the canal out back, the fun and activities are endless. Enjoy boating, swimming, kayaking( we have a kayak launch), fishing, rafting and crabbing right out your back door. The yard is fenced in with his own shade tree and deck over hanging the water. Plenty of outdoor furniture and a gas grill in the backyard. There’s also room to dock your boat. Off street parking for 6 vehicles plus trailer in the front.

This property is available year round. Off-season nightly rates available.

Great place to stay.

We enjoyed staying in the beach house. It was very clean and only a short walk to the beach. My dog loved the fenced in back yard.

Love this place! Great location on the canal but so close to the beach! Clean, spacious, lovely decorated. My 3 generation family and fur baby had the best vacation!!

Great place for family reunions

Our families had three houses in Holden Beach to celebrate a 50th Wedding Anniversary. Everyone was nearby and we all enjoyed our time together. Seas & Ease was well equipped and very comfortable.

Great stay

Great stay with our small family and one other couple, along with our 2 doodles. The fenced in yard was great for the dogs. Kitchen was great and fully stocked with equipment needs. Hot water, cold AC. We all had a great time!!

Great place!

The property was as described in the listing. Cleanliness of rentals is important to us, and this property was clean when we arrived. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed use of the dock. Definitely appreciated that the house was dog-friendly!

Love this house!

This is the third year for our family in this house . Great house always clean everything you need is there. Love the dock for the boat and the fenced in back yard for kids and dog to play safely. Great view from the front porch . Linda is great to work with .

Perfect Location, amazing views.

House had front porch for watching the marsh and having morning coffee. Lovely view of the canal from rear porch. Great fenced in yard for our dogs. Kitchen well equipped and the bed was the most comfortable I have ever had in a rental property, also better than bed at home. Great spot highly recommend.

Great house, great location.

Very nice house with a great sunrise view. Dock on canal was perfect with power and water to bring our own boat. Nice fenced in yard for our puppy. The home was very nice and remodeling looks great. Hope to come back soon.

Great clean house.

I've rented a lot of houses and this one was by far the cleanest. The kitchen is well-equipped, and easy to maneuver. It's a great house for two couples since each can have their own private space. The fenced yard is large and great for dogs.

We have been visiting Holden Beach for about 10 years now … first time staying at this property. It was a great experience, house was great , clean , kitchen well stocked , back deck was very nice . We had a good place to dock our boat and enjoyed the easy access to the waterway ! Our four legged family members enjoyed the shady fenced in backyard !! Property manager was great …

Perfect spot to bring the boat and furBabies. House is clean and perfect location on the canal. The bottom floor was perfect for my mom and it felt like she had her own apartment minus a kitchen..If they will have us back, we would be happy to return.

Nice Beach House

This house had everything you could need. House was ready when promised and clean. Probably the most well-appointed kitchen of any house we have ever rented. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys if you forget your own. The beach is a quick walk up the street. The boat dock was great for launching kayaks and fishing. Plenty of parking. Communication with Linda the house manager was timely and informative. Great vacation for our family.

Fun had by all

This property really delivered. The canal was wonderful for the kids. They enjoyed paddle boarding, kayaking, and floating in the canal. Our dog Boone enjoyed the fenced in yard and being able to roam around. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary items. The house was comfortable and inviting. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
