We're delighted to hear the home was clean, family-friendly, and well-stocked, and that features like the games, karaoke, kitchen, and wraparound deck helped make for a memorable stay. We appreciate your suggestions as well. There should have been laundry detergent or pods available, and we're sorry if they weren't in an obvious location. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the deck. Our team cleans and blows off the patios prior to each arrival, but this time of year the mountain pollen can accumulate surprisingly quickly. We'll certainly take a closer look to see where we can improve. Regarding the hot tub, it is capable of reaching 104 degrees, but it's possible it had been placed in Eco Mode. Fortunately, that's usually resolved with just a couple of button presses, and a quick message to our team would have allowed us to help within minutes. As for the windows, we're sorry if that caused any concern. The home is professionally cleaned and inspected between guests, including checks of all doors and windows, but we'll be sure to review the locks again during our next inspection to ensure everything is operating properly. We're especially happy to hear you'd stay with us again, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another Yosemite getaway!

Hi Patricia, Thank you for the review. We are a bit puzzled overall though, as we reached out the day after your arrival to check in and you responded "so far so good, thank you for checking!". We would have loved to have any of these issues brought up at this time, as we have a full local staff that could have remedied many of the issues you mentioned in probably a few short minutes. We have not had any mention of mice or water pressures at the property recently. We checked the messages with the folks before your stay and the ones right after, and all has seemed OK. Regardless, we do apologize of any issues you encountered, we will definitely be looking into this. In the future, if you do decide to stay with us again at this property or any of the other wonderful properties we manage in the area, we would love to have the opportunity to respond to any issues. There actually is a thermostat in the hallway for controlling temperatures to comfortable levels. If you have any time to share private feedback on how we could improve the showers, that would be very helpful. The bathrooms were fully remodeled about 2 years ago so we would like to address any shortcoming asap with the contractor. We are sorry that you missed the cutting boards in the drawer. We will try and make them easier to find for future guests. We'll have our handyman checkout the hammock as well! Once again, thank you again for choosing our place to spend your family vacation.
