Absolutely sparkling clean house. It was very well stocked which helped a lot for a mountain trip. Will definitely want to stay again.

Loved our stay here. Very comfortable and well stocked. The host was also communicative. Not a very close drive to Yosemite valley but was perfect for what we needed.

This cabin is located 20 minutes from the Mariposa Welcome Center. We loved being so close to the South Gate of Yosemite. The Valley Floor is about 1.25 hrs. Note: the cabin is 15 minutes on Rt 41 from downtown Oakhurst. If you like being somewhere quiet after a long day of hiking and exploring, this is the perfect place for you. If you don't want to drive to get groceries, restaurants, etc... then you will not appreciate the great amenities this cabin offers.The cabin is located off of Rt. 41. It's a 3 minute/less than a mile road to the cabin. The parking is a tight space parallel to the house. No problem - just involves some maneuvering.The cabin is comfortable with everything we needed. Note: there's no dishwasher. Heat and A/C worked great. We did not notice when we booked that one bedroom is actually on the first landing. It does not connect to the rest of the house (except the ceiling). It does lock and it's very comfortable with a great bed and it's own bathroom. Just good to know.We loved sitting on the deck on the second landing (where the rest of the cabin is) and enjoyed the fire pit with wine and snacks. The location is surrounded by trees and you can hear the creek. Houses are packed together, but we didn't mind at all. Neighbors were very respectful.Olga is very responsive and sends great checking in and out instructions. She also checked on us to make sure we got in ok.Highly recommend for a nice location and terrific cabin close to Yosemite.

Wonderful stay

Lovely stay and absolutely beautiful time to visit in Fall. Fireplace and grill were really nice to use on the porch, both floors were homey and very clean. 100% recommend if you’re visiting yosemite

Nice rustic cabin

Rustic and nice- quiet & nice location with lovely deck. Check out hike to waterfall where trailhead sign is. Only thing but not an issue for us as all adults, 3br is located below with separate entrance.

Family Vacation

Wonderful trip with a cabin that allowed us to rest in clean comfort. The sounds of the river and birds contributed to total relaxation. All the little touches like comfortable beds, soft blankets, nice out door space with a propane fireplace made us feel right at home.

Wonderful cabin outside of Yosemite

We had a wonderful stay at the rustic cabin retreat. Located about a 20 minute drive from the south entrance to Yosemite it provided a clean, comfortable jumping off point for our visit to the park. It was so nice being able to come home to a full kitchen to cook meals and an amazing deck to relax on after a day of hiking or sightseeing. We only had two couples so we used the bunk bed bedroom to store luggage which was great. A great cabin and a great stay overall!

Rustic but not!

The cabin had a great remote feel, convenient to Yosemite, but had everything needed for a comfortable stay! Loved the boulders built in to the deck. Great size for two couples.

Great place

Great place, pictures and limiting were exactly how it appeared. We enjoyed the outside space as much as the inside. I did however miss that one of the bedrooms was completely detached and you had to walk outside and upstairs. Highly recommend stay here.

Our stay couldn’t have been easier! The host was available for questions before our stay and very pleasant to speak to. The house was nestled in a community that was very peaceful and lent to wonderful evening walks after dinner. The easy access to Yosemite South Gate was perfect! The separate 3rd bedroom downstairs worked great for us since my dad and stepmom joined us too! We had everything we needed for a trip filled with family memories. Thank you!

Wonderful cabin - close to Yosemite NP

This place was fantastic for our week of exploring Yosemite, Sequoia, and Kings Canyon NPs. Also - the northern end of the Lewis Creek trail is 200 yards from the property (Red Rock falls is a hidden gem). The cabin downstairs with a full bathroom and kitchenette is roomy enough for a family and the upstairs cabin has a great living space for relaxing. The beds were great and we woke refreshed daily. Fans, a Kuerig and a Ninja coffee pot are all nice touches. The cabins are immaculately clean. Our family of three would stay again in a heartbeat. Olga is a great host.

Move me in!

This is such a cute street, we walked it a few times. There us a trail a few houses down. The location is up to date. The home provided everything we needed. The thirsd room is separated from the orher two. Its its own separate unit. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
