Come enjoy this quiet, hidden property with freshly updated interior on Battle Creek. This three bedroom, two full bath house can accommodate six people. Gorgeous views of the black hills from a lighted deck and yard with an easy private access road.
Just minutes from Custer State Park, Mt. Rushmore, Badlands National Park and Crazy Horse.
Our rate is based upon 4 occupants. Our fee for additional folks is $35 per person/night.
Battle Creek runs in front of the home.

Our family of 5 had the most incredible stay at Kelli’s home. It was perfectly situated for our excursions (Custer State Park, Mt. Rushmore, Badlands, Wind Cave and the surrounding towns) but what we loved most were the property and neighbors. The setting was gorgeous and relaxing and everyone was so welcoming and kind. We caught the local Hart Ranch Rodeo, explored the property and stream, watched the wildlife walk by all hours of the day and got to pet and feed the neighbor’s horses and even met the local pet raccoon.Our stay was truly an amazing experience and we cannot wait to get back to see everyone again and take a much needed nature respite!

Battle Creek Hideaway was beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful. The host was extremely friendly, responsive, and hospitable. She gave us several great recommendations and made us feel like family. We didn’t want to leave!

Absolutely perfect. Fantastic home. Would highly recommend if you’re visiting the area. Super close to all sites, Badlands, Mount Rushmore, Black Hills, Crazy Horse. We had perfect days then back to the home for dinner and cards!!

A great tripod of light
We enjoyed our stay so much. The property owner gave us the best information on what to see and where to go. The property does have cows, turkeys, which we enjoyed as we are from the city I would stay again if we decide to come again with our grandchildren.

Location was perfect for all the sites we wanted to visit- badlands, Custer state park, mt Rushmore, wind cave, and jewel cave. Owner was very responsive. Property is very quiet.

They house was in a nice, quiet location, centrally located to everything we wanted to do in the Hills. Communication with the owner was great. Would definitely stay here again if we are vacationing in the Hills.

Very quiet, close to everything we wanted to see! Lots of sleeping room and places to relax ….kitchen is a little small, but still very usable…just something to keep in mind if planning on cooking. Thank you for a great place to stay 😁

Quiet, beautiful, peaceful place to stay
We enjoyed this home very much. The property was well kept and so peaceful. We watched wild turkeys from the deck each morning and evening. Very homey house with good sleeping space for four (could have fit 6)

Awesome stay at this property! Great communication with owner. Owner makes you feel right at home. Perfect location to see the sites. And the most unique experience-you are greeted by up to a hundred wild turkeys in the morning!

Nice, quiet location
Our family was very pleased with the house and location. It allowed easy access to many Black Hills attractions while giving us a peaceful place to relax in the evenings. The morning view off the front deck is beautiful!

Perfect location!
Nestled behind a creek, this house was the perfect spot to act as our base camp during out stay. Close to many attractions and amenities, yet offered solice at the end of a long day. Property is clean and inviting, our family felt right at home. Host was very nice and welcoming. Will book again if ever in the area!

Great stay, everything as promised. Kelli is a great communicator and host. The setting of this house on a farm-ranch is amazing. We saw turkey and deer everyday.
