Beautiful 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom beach condo sitting right on the canal with spectacular views and stunning sunsets. The covered balcony on the canal side, means you can sit right out on the water no matter the weather and enjoy yourself watching the boats pass by.

Remodeled in 2024 with built in custom bunk beds in second bedroom, full over queen. New king mattress in master bedroom!

The outdoor gazebo is a great place to sit by the water and create memories with the family. Spacious living area, WIFI, and washer and dryer inside, this condo is maintained to feel like home.

Being just a 3 minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean, and less than a mile into the hub of Carolina Beach shopping area, this condo is perfectly located.

Please note the boat dock is privately owned and there is no access onto it.
Highly recommend all guests to take out insurance, particularly during hurricane season

Nice place with plenty of room

A very nice place with plenty of room. Especially nice deck overlooking the water. Great place for morning coffee watching the boats go out. It's also a short walk, 2 blocks, to the beach. Very responsive owner and nicely furnished.

Awesome Carolina Beach location

Great location! Easy walking distance to Carolina Beach, amazing balcony view of the Carolina Beach sound. Apartment had everything we needed (other than our own food, sunscreen, and beach chairs) for a couple of days at the beach with my whole family.

Love Canal Drive

Great location and clean condo. Love the deck overlooking the water! The only thing I could recommend is that the kitchen be better equipped-no cutting board or small plates and a keurig is just a pain when making coffee for 3 or more people every day.

Wonderful stay

It was wonderful!The property was clean. Our child loved the bunk beds. The balcony was a hit. We enjoyed watching the boats and wildlife. The walk to the beach was short. We couldn't have had a better vacation.

Cozy , clean, a wonderful Condo and balcony view

Perfect location and by far the cleanest Condo I have stayed at in CB, you can tell it’s loved and Cozy, the balcony was the best spot in the place , wonderful view. All around great place. 5 stars , highly recommended.

Even though not directly on the ocean, great views of the canal and great sunsets. Very short walk to ocean so not a deal breaker. Welcome/instruction book would have been nicer if there was a map of area and maybe suggestions of places to eat or things to do in the area.

Visiting NC from CA

Jessica’s place by the beach is in a great location. Our family was visiting my daughter in NC. It was clean and had everything we needed for a perfect weekend. We arrived early and she was very helpful in getting us in as quick as possible. She also accommodated us with our request for a late checkout. There was also plenty of parking for our group. It was a perfect fit for us.

It's All About That View!

Loved our stay at this delightful waterfront condo. The view of the canal was spectacular and worth every minute. The space was clean, well-furnished and had great character. A simple walk directly to a beach access makes for a great weekend getaway with friends or a week-long family trip! Jessica is a great host and always just a quick message away with prompt responses. Would highly recommend!!!

Mother/Daughter Trip

This was our first trip to Carolina Beach and picked this condo because it looked very beachy and it didn’t disappoint.. It’s very comfortable and clean. It’s a short walk to the beach and the boardwalk. We absolutely loved our stay and will be booking again! Thank you Jessica for renting such a great place!

Great location! Very cute condo! Quick response from property manager.

We had a great stay at this condo. Perfect location to the beach easy access to restaurants. My only issue with this property is that the bathrooms can use upgrading. I expressed this with the owner and he was on board. So hopefully when I come back, it will be done. Not a show stopper, but it would have made the stay perfect!

Beautiful View, Perfect Location

The porch is so perfect, I would have been content to spend all of my vacation time sitting on it. I didn't do that though, as the beach is right across the street. It's an extremely short drive (or even a decent walk) from plenty of entertainment for adults and for kids.

Four seasons is beautiful

We loved our stay here, it is on the marina side but right across the street from the ocean. It was family friendly area which was awesome. Waking up having coffee on the deck with my hubby watching the boats roll in an out…. We will definitely be back! Ease of booking, check-in an check-out were just a bonus to the property.

This place was perfect for our weekend vacay! Close to the beach, only a short walk. Everything we needed was provided. Jessica was great with responding to any questions I had prior to our visit. Highly recommend!!

Great Easter Vacation at Carolina Beach

We brought two of our grandchildren with us from Buffalo, NY to this condo for the Easter holiday. The condo was very clean, convenient and had everything we needed for our holiday vacation. It was nice not having to bring bedding and towels. We also did not have to fight for parking. Two of our sons and another grandson live in the area. We spent time on the porch with the terrific view, walked to the beach in a few minutes, sat under the gazebo, and even played with the games that were provided. We cooked many meals and even went home with all our clothes clean. Jessica and Justus were terrific hosts. All questions were answered before we arrived. They never bothered us but were available for any concerns. We will definitely be returning to this location. Thank you for a memorable family Easter vacation from your second guests.

Beautiful View + Excellent Location = 1 Amazing Spring Break

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was beautiful and cozy. We had enough space to all lounge around in the living room or retreat to our separate spaces, when a teenanger needed a break (or vice-versa 😉). The condo is conveniently located two blocks from the beach and about a mile from the boardwalk. Lots of restaurants and stores are less than 10 minutes of away. Try Soul Flavor and Scooping Yummies. They were delicious! Jessica was an amazing and attentive host. She answered all of my questions quickly and made sure everything was as it should be. She even provided all the linens and towels we needed for daily and beach use, so just pack your toiletries and you're ready to go. Book this one quick! You won't regret it. We are happy to have been Jessica's first guest at the condo and will definitely stay there again should we return to Carolina Beach.
