Large house in an amazing neighbourhood

Nice place to stay

The full process was very easy, the owner gave us all information needed, the property was ready, everything was clean and organized, the pool area and the terrace is very comfortable to have good time, We enjoyed the stance, and recommend to others.

Peaceful retreat.

This rental was perfect for me and my Lab. I had surgery and this place was perfect for my recovery. Fenced in area, nice and comfortable layout. All kitchen, bath and bedding included. Nice quiet neighborhood. Close to all types of shopping. And one street over from my daughter's made it complete. This will be a nice place to stay again.

Great stay!

The house is super clean with an open floor plan and lots of little areas to sit and hang out, both inside and out. Great location, close to everything we needed. The quiet neighborhood is also a plus if you’re looking to relax and stay at home. Would definitely stay here again

Lots of space

We hope to visit again and stay longer. Lovely home with split plan bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and furniture and beds were comfortable. We didn’t use the pool but it looked lovely as did the backyard and covered patio. We appreciated the bottled water and air freshener

A Week in Paradise

From the moment we arrived and entered the property we felt like it was home away from home! Everything was ready for us and we especially loved the backyard area with the pool and beautiful foliage and songbirds. The house had everything we could possibly need! The property was close to everything and we loved getting to know the area. Including shopping, walking trails, and frequent trips to the beach! Everyone was so friendly in the neighborhood. Our host was awesome and we certainly enjoyed the chats we had as we got to know each other. I will always remember the beautiful mourning doves nesting in the back by the pool and our burrowing owl friends across the street! Highly recommend this property and its wonderful host!

Amazing stay with an amazing host!

Absolutely beautiful property just in the right location to have everything you need around you. The host Ralph was very accommodating and allowed my large dogs to stay with us which is amazing to find these days. He was also easy to get in touch with when we needed to. House was spacious and clean fit the description perfectly and had everything we needed while we stayed. Will absolutely use this property for future stays with family in town.

We were in town visiting family. The house served our needs perfectly. We enjoyed the pool at the end of each busy day. We will definitely stay here again.

Great home base

We have several friends in the area and this property was a great home base for our visit, central location made it easy to meet up at anybody's favorite restaurant. The property let us escape back to a quiet relaxing location for a more intimate visit with closer friends. Overall it was exactly what we were looking for.

Exactly what we wanted

House was spotless. Exactly as described. Beautiful fenced in backyard unlike what other reviews may say. Swimming hole… Clean. This is a great place to stay away from all of the traffic.

Excellent Property

We booked this property for a weekend away and wanted to bring our dogs. The property was perfect for what we were looking for. The interior was immaculate and very comfortable. Full kitchen with accessories. Three bedrooms-Two with queen beds and one with single bed. Pool was ready to swim! Property manager was very accommodating and easy to contact. We had plans nearby so we didnt go to the beach. This location was great for what we needed. Recommend this property.

Gold Coast Estates - peaceful home away from home.

Pictures are reflective of how it looks, very clean, comfortable and had many items additional stocked for use and comfort. The kitchen has all utensils and items if you choose to cook at the home. We came down for baseball tournament and the laundry room was fantastic (could not believe there was detergent and stain remover) to wash uniforms. I wish weather would have been warmer and not rainy to enjoy pool but the patio near pool is so peaceful to sit when weather is nice. We did need to make contact with owner during our stay-owner was very responsive to our questions and provided direction quickly. Location was great right near Midpoint bridge. I felt very safe in this neighborhood and would stay again if we are in area. Light switches were a little different, but figured them out after a little bit ☺️. Overall, great stay and recommend for family or baseballcation!. 22min away from Lee Player Development complex baseball diamonds in Fort Myer.
