Quaint one bedroom, one loft (with 2 twin beds) and one bath modern bungalow. It has a private backyard and covered patio. This updated luxury home is near everything you need! Quick walk to two different bus stops that will take you to Crested Butte, a few blocks from Downtown Gunnison, across the street from Western Colorado University and much more!

There is an additional $90 pet fee. Please make sure to include your pet in the guest count to ensure they are included in the booking.

Nice location and host is easily accessible. Google map sends you to the apartment complex behind this location. AC would be nice. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking on site. Great fenced in yard for carefree pet roaming.

Comfortable and spacious layout. Very clean. Kitchen is well- equipped. Nice yard and areas to walk dogs if traveling with pets. We enjoyed our stay.

This was so close to my daughter’s dorm. She was able to walk over for dinner. I really liked the convenience. We could also walk to downtown from here as well. Everything was easy to use and find. Getting into bed one of the springs would pop but overall was a great experience with using the house like my own. Very clean. Appreciated the host getting back to me with a question very quickly. I would stay there again.

I stayed with my dog and had so much fun! The property is at a great location and the bungalow itself is a perfect place to stay for small groups. I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent property with enclosed yard for puppies! The layout is really nice and the kitchen is amazing to cook in. I love the lighting all through out, especially with the nice high windows. Overall a lovely place.

We had a great stay at this property. It was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. We immediately felt comfortable as soon as we arrived.The location was perfect for our visit—extremely convenient to campus. My son’s dorm is right across the street, which made everything so easy and stress-free.Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay, and we would definitely choose it again.

Cute and convenient place!

We stayed here with my two older parents and our dogs. We had everything we needed and were able to get into town easily due to its closeness to campus and Main Street. The yard was perfect for our dogs to relax. Great place to stay!

We like the modern decor/appliances and the fact that it is walking distance to everything. Hosts are very responsive and pleasant.

Lovely rental in downtown Gunnison! Prime location if needing to be near Western Colorado University or walking distance of downtown. The decor is modern and very welcoming. All instructions were very clear. Would definitely stay here again!

Connor was born and raised in Gunnison, CO. His family owns the antler store, also known as Traders Rendezvous. Connor had the opportunity to go play football out of state in college but chose to stay here and play for the Mountaineers. Looking back, he is so glad he made the choice to stay. With the endless amount of activities this valley has to offer he knew he wanted to stay here and raise his kids with the same opportunities he had growing up. He and his wife now have two little kids they get to raise where everyone dreams of vacationing!
