Great apartment close to everything in town. Bed was comfy and kitchen was equipped with all needed supplies. Will stay here again.

The closeness to the college was perfect for visiting granddaughter. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. The apartment had all that was needed and very nice and clean.

Loved this place. Great location for visiting anything in Gunnison. We wanted to be close to Western Colorado University and this was right across the street from campus as well as easy walking distance to Main Street for restaurants and shopping.

Solid home base for a few days in Gunnison Country. Walking distance to Main Street for food and shopping, and easy to get to any one of the outdoor activities that may be the reason for your visit.

Very nice property. Very comfortable bed, very clean, and I appreciate the ability to wash clothes. Spent the week in Gunnison and it was very convenient. The extra half bath was a nice touch.

Great location close to everything. I came to ride around Gunnison and it was a perfect spot. Rental had all the amenities I needed.

Convenient and Nice Property for Two

The property was in excellent condition and clean, with no apparent repairs required. The location is perfect, within walking distance of all "in town" shopping and eating. This will be our go-to property for future visits to Gunnison.

Very clean and efficient with everything we needed. During our week-long stay, it was Very hot in Gunnison and felt the lack of air conditioning. Will stay here again when it cools off a bit.

Unit is in a top spot and amenities are exceptional. Any issue we had was addressed quickly. We would stay again.

So enjoyed returning to this apartment after our times hiking! Large area, roomy kitchen with all the necessities and included a washer/dryer!

The apartment was clean, well maintained, and close to things to do in Gunnison and the surrounding areas. The decor was warm, rustic, and charming.

Gunnison home base

Overall this property worked well for our trip. Close to Crested Butte which was great. Clean and neat, the only downside was no AC. We knew this up front, just happened to have record heat while there. Central location for us was perfect! Great value

it's so conveniently close to the CB shuttle, great space. took me a bit to figure out to push the button on the lock pad to get the numbers to light up to input the unlock code.

Very clean, just the right size, washer/dryer, good location, great price.Property description notes AC. Well it actually is a portable machine with vent through a small window in the living room. So depending on the time of year, this can be an issue. I understand mountain AC, not my first time to Colorado. We were there end of July 2026, very hot temps for Gunnison. The bedroom was warmer than the living room with windows open, not much mountain air to circulate with ceiling fan. Portable AC did not cool down bedroom from living room. Tried sleep sofa one night, cooler but uncomfortable. Third night moved the portable AC to the window in the bathroom in the bedroom. That worked best. Think the description in listing needs to be more clear about AC. Thank goodness we brought our pillows from home! The pillows provided were useless. Sorry but please upgrade the sleeping pillows.

Perfect for visiting the university and town

From start to finish this was a great place to stay. Jenny, the manager, is friendly and easy to deal with. She provided helpful and timely information. In fact she checked in to make sure I was getting the emails. Check-in to check out was simple.The place is perfect for a couple (or more on the sofa sleeper). It was very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. This a perfect place to stay and visit a kid at the university. I would definitely stay here again when in Gunnison.

Gunnison Getseay

My husband and I wanted a place to stay while visiting family in the area. This apartment exceeded my expectations. It is equipped with all the little necessities to make a stay comfortable - well appointed kitchen; bath and a half; luxurious towels( just enough furniture; and convenient washer/dryer. The location made most Gunnison sites walkable. I highly recommend the property and the helpfulness of the owner.

This is a super nice place, and I feel a little bad not giving it 5 stars. The bedroom window faces the main house, which has a super bright security light which activated frequently. There are not enough curtains to cover the window. The outside trash was full, and we did not know if we were supposed to move it somewhere to be emptied. Other than those two issues, everything else was good. This apartment was clean, comfortable, and everything was functional. Thanks!
