Located less than 1 mile from the beautiful Canyon Lake Park and just 23 Miles to Mount Rushmore, you are centrally located near all of the amazing activities the Black Hills has to offer. This home is fully stocked with all of your travel needs such as toiletries, kitchen necessities, shuffle board, board games, a 2 car garage, and more! Relax in the beautiful back yard on the hammock or around the firepit. You will not want to leave this home away from home.

Perfect Stay

This house was perfect for our family and sight seeing in the Black Hills. The house was extremely clean and we loved the back yard. We saw deer and turkeys from the back deck. The host were also excellent! We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Extended Stay Vacation House

My wife and I spent (6) weeks here while we escaped the Florida heat and explored the Rapid City area. This is a very nice house with a beautiful backyard in quiet neighborhood. Great location

This quiet neighborhood was a perfect place for our family to stay and enjoy the surrounding sites that South Dakota has to offer. We had a great time. The home was great.

Great stay!

The house was comfortable and we had everything we needed. The back yard was the best and we all enjoyed spending time on a great deck with a large fenced yard, wonderful for kids and our small dog. We had deer that would lay in the yard next door and just watch as we enjoyed the deck. Our hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to any question we had. Would absolutely recommend!

Great location and nicely decorated home in Rapid City!

My family had a lovely stay at this clean and super cute property. All of the communication with Athena was clear and timely. We loved the space for its great communal areas, huge semi-private yard, and overall quiet. The proximity to downtown Rapid City and the tourist attractions (Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse) was also nice.

Great Home

Our family really enjoyed the property and location. Very private and quiet neighborhood near city services yet the property felt like we were in the country side. We had wildlife as birds, elk, deer and rabbits every day all around us. All basic amenities were offered and well stocked. Very well maintained and would recommend to anyone. Definitely would stay again.

Awesome house and manager!

My wife, our two kids and my parents all stayed here for six nights and loved it. The house was clean and very nice. We loved watching the deer and turkey from the deck as we enjoyed BBQing. The property owners were super awesome and responsive, making the experience that much better. We will absolutely plan on staying here again as it’s centrally located to everything and a great space to relax!

Wow!

The photos of this rental don’t do it justice. Not only were the owners more than accommodating but the property is homey, spotless, has everything one could want/need for a place to stay during a vacation. There is so much thought out into every inch of this home. The location is so close to everything and the neighborhood is so cute. We even saw deer in our front yard one evening! I wish I could give this property more than 5 stars! We look forward to coming back. Thank You! Thank You!

Great home away from home!

We found this home to be very welcoming. The owners have gone out of their way to provide little extra things that not all places provide ( laundry detergent, toiletries, condiments, et.). The communication was excellent and check- in and out went very smoothly! We walked around the neighborhood and a near by trail. We were surprised to see deer nearly nightly and even a fox one evening. The pizza restaurant recommended in the book left for guests was excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. It’s close enough to drive to many of the “must sees” in the area. We visited Mount Rushmore, The Badlands and Custer Park. We also got in a couple of shuffle board games one evening. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Quiet, comfortable rental in Rapid City

This rental is located in a quiet community. The updates to the home are well done. We really liked the location of being in the city, yet being within driving distance of the major attractions. The hosts were very nice and easy to work with. 2 things to mention...We loved that it is pet friendly, but it is important to note you cannot leave your pets at the rental unattended. Also, there is a no shoe rule. This did not bother us, but we thought it should be mentioned. Hosts have gone out of their way to make the home a great rental. They provided toiletries and other essential items that most rentals do not. It was so nice to come back to a quiet rental. Deer visited the backyard on more than one occasion. So nice and peaceful to see. Definitely recommend this rental.

SD vacation base

We had a fantastic week at this house for our vacation and would definitely stay again if we’re back in town. Property was very clean and in great condition, owners very nice and respond quickly to any questions. It’s pet friendly and we brought our mini bernedoodle puppy with and the fenced backyard was perfect for her to get some exercise in off leash along with the kids. Despite being a pet friendly house there were no issues for our kids who do have some allergies to dogs that shed a lot. Neighborhood seemed safe as well.

Rapid City National Parks

My husband and I along with our fur baby stayed 4 nights at this wonderful property. The hosts were awesome with communication and very accommodating with minor requests. The home was very comfortable and well appointed with all you would need as a guest. Perfect location to visit the state and national parks in the area. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home quiet neighborhood

This home has all the updates as well as a spectacular yard. It's in a quiet neighborhood that has a feel of the wilderness while being within minutes of all amenities. A place to unwind after seeing all the wonderful sites of the area. Truly a lovely home.

Beautiful home in Rapid City

We had a great stay in Rapid City! This home was very clean and it was beautiful inside and out. I had one quick question for Athena and she responded immediately. There is everything available that you would need staying in this home away from home. I did use the iron and ironing board. I honestly didn't cook because we were on the go every day, but there was everything available to cook meals from pots and pans to utensils. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. It was a great central location to the nearby attractions. We visited Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park, and Bear Country USA during our four days in Rapid City. We would definitely rent this home again! I would also recommend this home to my family and friends should they be traveling to the Rapid City / Black Hills area. We had a really awesome stay!

Relaxing Getaway

This home was a great alternative to a hotel while we explored the Black Hills. Only 30 minutes from Mt Rushmore and close to Bear Country. We enjoyed having our own space and the kids loved the backyard. Cooking in the kitchen was easy. It could use a few more dishes/glasses. But it was overall stocked with what we needed. Spacious and plenty of room for 7 of us. Thanks for a nice place to stay!

Great Location for Outdoors and Dining

My family (2 adults, 2 kids, and 2 dogs) had a great stay at this house. It was close to the Black Hills for daytime adventures and < 10 min from downtown Rapid City for dinners at night. The house was clean, modern, and spacious. And the fenced-in backyard was great for our dogs. We would book again.

Great location in Rapid City

We traveled to Rapid City with my family of 5 and my mother. It was a comfortable size house for our group with a great location. The outdoor area and kitchen/living is very nice and well kept. It is worth noting that the downstairs bathroom has about a 6.5 foot ceiling. If someone larger is planning on using it as their bathroom then that would be good info to be aware of. My kids used this bathroom for the most part and it was a good size for them.

Great location for Back hills

This very well redone home sits in a perfect location for quick access to the black hills. We headed out early every morning to enjoy all the parks have to offer. Also, quick easy drive to a neat downtown for dinner. There is a grocery store just a few blocks from the house. I highly recommend this property!
