Great home with plenty of space for a big group! Super close to resort and shops on the main strip. Only thing that would make it better would be having a commercial boot dryer.

Family vacation

Perfect for our family stay!

Home was beautiful, comfortable, clean, in a great location and even better than the pictures. The covered deck area was a wonderful spot to start the day and enjoy the view of the mountains. With our group of 8 adults and a baby, we all had plenty of space.

Awesome house

Totally recommend this property. It was amazing and perfect for our group. Management was super responsive to a minor issue and took care of it right away.

Great Family stay

The house was fantastic. Close enough to town but just outside the congestion. My only complaint that's not really a complaint would be, good luck figuring out all the light switches :)

Amazing place

Our family - including adult kids, a dog and a baby had a great time. The view was amazing from the huge deck and hot tub. There was a beautiful walking path right from the back yard. The kitchen was huge and there was plenty of space for all of us to hang out.

Great house and amazing hosts!

This is a beautiful home in a quiet and safe neighborhood near town. There is a hiking trail right out the back door! House had everything we needed. And the hosts were quick to respond and took care of anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Vacation

Our family of 12 stayed here for 13 nights. The house was perfect for our family! The property was even more beautiful than the pictures. The property host was amazing and responded almost instantly to any questions we had. This home is well stocked close to Main Street and we would definitely stay here again. We also enjoyed the trail behind the house! It was a wonderful vacation!

We hosted our in-laws to a fun mountain escape while they were visiting from Florida celebrating my father in law’s 60th birthday. This house was a great location and clean. Felt secluded but still very close to Main St. and the gondolas. The outdoor space was our favorite and the timed heaters on the patio were a genius feature for the house. The hot tub was clean and well maintained. The kitchen is stocked with the basic utensils, but could use some random items like foil, plastic wrap, Tupperware. The two coffee makers is a nice touch because you definitely need to brew two at once. There is a Keurig but you have to bring your own capsules which they warn you in the post. It would be a nice touch to add a small stocked coffee bar area for this level of house. Our only complaint is that we had three separate days (every other day) in our weekly stay where service companies showed up to the house to work outside. On one of those days, landscapers were picking weeds for around two hours right next to the outdoor patio which made it a little awkward to eat our lunch outside so we moved inside. We understand that maintenance needs to occur but for this price, you expect the property to yourself for the duration of the stay. If maintenance is unavoidable, notice should at least be provided so we can try to plan around it.Overall, we really enjoyed the property for our week-long stay and the owners were nice. We love coming out to Breck often bc it’s only a 2 hr drive.

Guys trip

12 guys stayed three days and skied. Place is great. Stove top is induction unit so you have to pay attention as you cook. House is set up to accommodate a large group. We will rent this again

Beautiful place

We were gathering for a family wedding. This place was amazing. There was nothing that we needed. We saw a moose one morning, coyote and fox. We walked into town, wonderful path along creek. There’s a market minutes from the rental. It’s on multi levels but each room was comfortable. Hot tub and fire pit. I would suggest directions on how to get the outdoor heater running. The kitchen area is most important when our family gathers. Everything happens there , so the fact that the kitchen flowed into the dining area and then into the great room area was a Huge plus. Plenty of seating for meals, and a great kitchen. Absolutely wonderful!

Wonderful Family Reunion in Beautiful Breckenridge!

We enjoyed a great stay at this beautiful house! It was perfectly situated allowing for gorgeous mountain views from indoors, & outdoors! We loved being out on the deck & under the stars in the hot tub at night. We often saw wildlife in the neighborhood & yard. There are convenient hiking trails right off the property. The house was gorgeous, roomy, and very comfortable. There are enough bathrooms for everyone to share. The kitchen is big- with lots of counter space and well stocked for cooking. We were grateful for the extra fridge in the garage with our large group cooking. The washer and dryer were handy, as we had all kinds of weather. The fireplaces were nice when it was chilly. The ample seating in the living room made for good movie nights. The location can't be beat- as there is privacy, as well as close convenience to town. The property manager J.T. is very professional, and responsive. He communicated well- and even provided a much needed baby item! We were blessed by the wonderful experience of staying here! We hope to return soon, and often.

This was our second time staying at the property and this time was even better than the first. The house is very clean, spacious and best of all during the summer months cools off very easy with all of the windows I can open. Communication with the property manager is always smooth and quick. Shuffleboard is a great addition to the house along with the fantastic patio and you cannot forget about those views. We saw multiple deer, a baby fox running through the yard one morning, and a moose hanging out right in the backyard, taking a nap one early morning. We will definitely be back and are already planning our trip for next year.
