MAIN LEVEL Bedroom 1- on main floor with queen bed and full size bathroom right outside of this bedroom (sleeps 2);
UPPER LEVEL Bedroom 2 - on upper level with a king bed and attached full bath (sleeps 2);
Den - Off of bedroom 2 there is a sitting room (bonus sleeping area that closes to both the master and the game room - a door on each side) with a queen pull out and a twin pullout (sleeps 3);
UPPER LEVEL Bedroom 3 - second primary bedroom with a king size bed and attached full size bath (sleeps 2);
LOWER LEVEL Bedroom 4 - queen bed and a queen/twin bunk (it is a very large room) there is a very large full size attached bathroom attached to this bedroom (sleeps 5);
Bonus Room - This bonus room has two twin size beds (sleeps 2).
Extra Sleeping: There is a TV room on the lower level with a queen size pull out bed and a half bath is off of this room (sleeps 2)

The Neighborhood:
This is an exclusive Breckenridge neighborhood located just a mile from Main St Breckenridge. The neighborhood boasts large lots and luxury homes. You will be surrounded by beauty in every direction. The home is also located within a 5 minute drive to Breckenridge Main St and gondola parking. There is parking for two cars in the garage and three to four more outside of the garage. RV or trailer parking is not permitted in this neighborhood. The HOA is very strict about this policy. One pet possible with prior approval and pet fee paid.
Getting Around:
Convenient Transportation: During ski season, enjoy personal VIP shuttle service with an 11-person passenger van. Schedule rides in advance with Plan B Transportation (contact details in check-in instructions) for the ski area base. They also offer last-minute pickups, though wait times may vary. In the summer, explore the area with a bike, or drive to nearby attractions within minutes. For VIP Shuttle Basics: Be ready on time! The driver will only wait for 3 minutes. Call 970.453.9010 OPTION 2 to schedule or reserve in town shuttle. Maximum of 4 rides per day. During peak times, guest will be allowed 1 ride between the hours of 8:00am- 10:00am and 3:00pm-5:00pm. Guests are allowed to book three days in advance with a maximum of 2 consecutive days pre-planned. Guests staying at any of the contacted homes who would like extended service outside the operating hours of 7:30am – 5:30pm, receive a reduced rate of $75.00 per hour (min. 2 hrs.).
Other Things to Note:
One pet possible with approval and $250 one time pet fee paid. Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. If the ski area shuts down or a public health order prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule.
