This modern house near Tybee Island's north shore was built with the family vacation in mind with lots of space for entertainment, recreation or relaxation, a deluxe kitchen, pool table, ping-pong, laundry room and hardwood floors throughout. Beautiful heated/cooled salt water pool recently added, gorgeous landscaping - This is the perfect vacation home to gather friends and family. You're just a short walk from Tybee's north beach and the Tybee Lighthouse, shops and restaurants are all close by as well.

All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits.

Perfect
The house is exactly as presented in photos and even more gorgeous in person. We had 10 guests. Everyone had plenty of space to relax. The pool is great for the kids and the adults. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. We would go to the riverside beach (5min walk) in the am and head down to Second Street to the ocean side; this is only a few minute drive and less crowded than North beach. I would highly recommend this property!

Perfect house for large family vacation
This house fit our needs (and more!) perfectly for a family of ten. We enjoyed all the amenities it has to offer, especially the beautiful pool area. The multiple living spaces, bar area, pool table, and elevator all came in handy. The location was also fantastic as we appreciated the quieter north end of the island and fun shops and restaurants in walking distance. Could not say enough good things about this property.

Nothing short of amazing!
We had our annual mother, daughter, granddaughter girls trip and chose to visit Tybee Island this year. The home is exactly as described but the pictures do not do it justice in terms of the beauty of the home. The beds were very comfortable. We had the best time! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
