College St. Retreat, is a German style Sunday House that has been updated and remodeled located just 4 blocks from main street near the heart of all the shopping and restaurants. The house is about 1,000 sqft with 2 bedrooms both with king beds and 1 bathroom. Open floor plan with nice living room, sectional sofa, full-size kitchen, large island with seating, appliances and kitchenware. The bathroom has a nice walk-in shower, a double sink vanity, and a washer & dryer.

Perfect, quaint and quiet.

Our son got married this past weekend. We needed something quaint, quiet, comfortable and stress free. All of which we found in this cute and cozy bungalow.

Weekend getaway

We had a wonderful time in the house. Loved the home and the neighborhood. Very quiet. We will be back for sure.

Great cabin, great location!

Had a great visit. Property was clean, well stocked, and close to all that Fredericksburg had to offer. My 95 year old mother especially enjoyed all the wildlife we could watch out the front window. Will definitely visit again.

Great place

Clean, quiet, charming spot conveniently located near downtown. I've stayed in about 5 VRBOs visiting family over the years and this is my favorite.

Wonderful stay would recommend!!!

This house was perfect for our annual girls trip. Cute, comfy and conveniently located to all the fun activities that we had planned. The neighborhood was quiet and we even saw deer in the yard on the morning of our departure. I will be staying here again & would recommend it to anyone with a small group looking for the perfect place.

Girls getaway weekend

My granddaughter and I stayed at this home for a girls getaway weekend. It was the perfect place to stay. The home is very clean and comfortable, and is close to shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunrises and deer in the mornings. We will definitely book this home next time we visit Fredericksburg.

3rd Times a Charm

This was my third time booking this location and once again I was not disappointed. The location is perfect. On our way into town we visited two wineries and while staying at the College St Retreat, we shopped and made time to hike at Enchanted Rock.

Great TV

Was in town for a Porsche Club event, but I'm also a big college football fan and wanted to be able to catch up with all the big games over the weekend. The big TV was a selling point for me and it did not disappoint. Place was very clean and comfortable.

We spent a weekend here and would definitely stay here again! Local to everything in a quiet neighborhood. Lovely home and spacious bedrooms. Perfect for 2 couples or a girl's weekend getaway.

This was a beautifully decorated house in a great location. The neighborhood was quiet. The beds were comfortable. The living room has a comfy large couch and a large tv. Great place.

This place was absolutely perfect. The Manager was professional and concerned with our stay. The beds were amazingly comfortable, which is a must after visiting the Cross in Kerville, museum in Fredericksburg and a winerery in one day... Well worth the day rate.

Another great stay

This was our 2nd stay and another great time at this lovely home. Communication was great with the host as always. Love the large living area with huge comfy sofa and plush pillows; also the great shower, well-equipped kitchen, and comfy beds. Easy to walk to town. It's great for a weekend getaway.

Girls Weekend

The property over exceeded our expectations. The house was the perfect size for our group. The kitchen had everything we needed. House was very clean. We will definitely be staying here again for our next visit.
