Just steps away from the famous Kamaole I beach is our luxury 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo. This extra large unit boasts luxury furnishings. We have amazing views of the Ocean and West Maui from almost every room! Relax and enjoy breakfast on the double lanai viewing the quiet morning sunrise and stunning views of the Ocean before heading out for a day of fun. When you return our comfortable outside living area is the perfect place to enjoy the sunset and a glass of wine. The rooftop BBQ and deck is great for large groups to gather for dinners or just enjoying a stunning 360 degree view of our beautiful island while you meet other travelers and share tips on how best to enjoy all that Maui has to offer.

Our fourth floor end condo is quiet and views can be enjoyed from every room. The master suite offers a king size bed and a lanai with fabulous views of the Ocean. Our 'lau' suite offers a king bed with luxurious bedding and stunning views of the Ocean and West Maui. For the keiki's (little ones) we have our 'pama' room with two twin beds and views of Haleakala. Should you decide to leave the keiki's at home, these beds can be easily converted into a King. Our kitchen offers all the essentials of home enabling even the most discerning of gourmets to whip up a fabulous meal. Should you not feel like cooking, many great restaurants are a leisurely stroll away. A full size washer and dryer are in the condo for your convenience as well. We recently installed central air in all the bedrooms to help keep you cool on those extra warm days! We have thought of all the details down to beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler. Bring lots of sunscreen, relax and enjoy all that Maui has to offer. We are glad you're here.

Outstanding property. Steps to the beach. Tons of beach gear; boogie boards, snorkles, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, towels. Across the street from restaurants and shopping. Easy parking. Highly recommend. Will book again

Easy and quick communication with Wendy right from the start. Beautifully maintained condo in a great location and amazing view of the ocean and sunsets. Well stocked kitchen and baths as well! Plenty of room for our family and we would rent again! Mahalo!

My family completely enjoyed our stay. The host was an excellent communicator, the condo was spotless, and the location was an easy stroll to the beach. Plus, the sunset view from the lanai was spectacular. I would stay here again on any visit to Kihei.

We really enjoyed this comfortable, well appointed apartment. Kellie and Wendy were excellent hostesses. The location was a perfect jumping off point for all that Maui has to offer.

We were very happy with our stay and would stay there again. Communication with property manager was top notch. Unit was perfectly clean and the beds are comfortable. It was nice to have the kitchen stocked with spices since we like to cook. Mahalo for a great vacation unit!

Beautiful place to stay

We were in Maui for a family vacation and this place absolutely perfect. Awesome views and the location was ideal for exploring all of the island. Loved the short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an incredible stay. Everything was very clean upon arrival. The condo is very nicely furnished and accommodating. Walking distance to the beaches. Shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

Great location, clean, awesome view of the ocean. We had a terrific stay, couldn’t be happier. The family really enjoyed it. Would highly recommend.

Great rental

Excellent location overlooking ocean within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, and grocery store. The condo has all the necessary amenities for cooking, laundry and beach visits. We would definitely rent again.

Great Holiday Condo

The property was perfect for my family of 5 adults. Great location, steps from the beach and many local restaurants. Kitchen was well equiped for the limited cooking we did. Building was quiet . Pool was great as was the rooftop bbq.

Beautiful place!

Great location and great fit for our family. It was clean and easy to walk to the beach. The beach chairs and towels there for our use were perfect! The rooftop grilling and dining area is also wonderful at sunset. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Kihei Retreat

Our group loved this unit. Sweeping views of the ocean, great walking access to Kamaole I and shops, and a nice pool! The kitchen was well appointed and we appreciated the basket of beach towels awaiting us. Would definitely stay again.

Family vacation

We were a family of six adults and we fit perfectly in the condo-from the bedrooms to the kitchen table to the living space-it was all so comfortable. The beds were very cozy!Wendy was always quick to respond to emails, thank you Wendy!

Maui vacation with a family that needs options

Within great walking distance of food and shopping. Excellent proximity to Kamaole Beach Parks I-III. Sea turtles swam right past us on Kam III daily. Take goggles! Sunset views so are stunning, we didn’t feel the need to go anywhere else for this natural, beautiful daily event.

We have always wanted a place on Maui to allow us to escape what can be long and dreary winter days in Seattle. We are so excited to finally be realizing this dream. We have been visitors to Maui for years and have found Kihei to be the best locale. Everything you need is within walking distance and being centrally located on the island makes it easy to enjoy a day trip to Hana or just a quick jaunt up to Ho'okipa Beach to watch the Windsurfers and enjoy a picnic on the beach.

We love the Kamaole Beach Royale. We stayed here for my friends daughters Senior Trip and stumbled upon this condo. It is steps to the beach and the pool is perfect for afternoon sunbathing. If the wind happens to pick up on the beach, our pool is protected from the wind and is usually very quiet and peaceful. KBR is centrally located and there is an abundant choice of great restaurants within walking distance of our condo. The fabulous Wailea beachfront path is a short distance away - why pay Wailea prices when everything you want is right here in Kihei?
