The stay was great. The pool was great. The beach view and accessibility was great. The construction was not mentioned in the listing or we would have definitely booked somewhere else if we would’ve known, as it was hard to sleep in, swim, and enjoy laying out due to the loud noise and there was food left in the fridge and pantry. But overall enjoyed the stay.
The construction started around 8:00am through the week.
More construction around the pool.

Great place to stay

This is the perfect place to stay in Ormond beach...close to the shore, the store and the restaurants...Very clean and safe...perfect vacation every time.

Great place to stay

The condo was very clean with a nice size patio. The pool is just outside the patio with easy access to the beach.

Nice Condo on the Beach

We enjoyed our stay. The beach is right there. The pool was refreshing. The condo was clean and comfortable.

Condo was beautiful and just as pictured. Being on the first floor right by the pool and steps to the beach makes it that much better! Dan was an incredible host and was easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!!

We had an issue with construction improvements going on outside our unit. We understand that things like that have to take place to keep it all in good repair. It was just unfortunate timing. Nonetheless, Dave, the property manager, went over and above to make everything as right as he possibly could. I can’t say enough good things about him. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Perfect Vacation

This condo was the perfect vacation, nice and clean. The best part is location, just steps from the beach. The beach is perfect for walks any time during the day. The housekeeper and grounds keeper were great. Would recommend it to anyone and would love to go back.

Little get away

The apartment was clean and well stocked with linens, and paper products. Located on a quiet section of A1A. Shopping was conveniently located across the street. Would not hesitate to stay hear again.

Nice Relaxing Clean and Welcoming

Condo is well kept, clean, and welcoming. Pool and beach access were exactly what we were looking for. Location is relaxing and everyone in the condo building were nice and accommodating. Entire facility is clean and well kept.

We have stayed at this property for 4 years in a row. Great location, we love it because it’s on the 1st floor. The beach is beautiful. They need to upgrade the walk-in shower and the patio furniture.

Absolutely perfect !!!

The property is better than described. Perfect location, the view is beautiful, beds are comfortable. The condo is in walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. My mother is in her late 70's and felt very safe here. No complaints....perfect vacation!

Convenient location

Booked last minute. Usually stay on the Gulf coast but this was easier to shuttle back and forth to visit a relatives in Orlando. We wished the weather was nicer but that’s not Dan’s fault

Will definitely be back

Our stay was cut short due to the hurricane but it was a lovely place. It was across the street, short walk, from restaurant and grocery store. Our host was very accommodating and understanding of our needs.
