The Space:

Sitting directly on the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast, SunDestin Beach Resort is located in the perfect spot to create incredible vacation memories. The property offers seemingly endless amenities including outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, a fitness center, grilling and picnic areas, and more. An outdoor splash pad and a tiki bar is open seasonally, and The Sea Store in the lobby is a convenient spot to pick up snacks and souvenirs. The Scenic Stays team is always available at the 24 hour front desk.



SunDestin 1112 is a bright and spacious two-bedroom corner condo. As soon as you enter, you’ll see views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the surrounding Destin area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to make snacks to take to the beach or a homemade dinner. A high top breakfast bar seats two and the dining area seats six. One large sofa in the living room that folds out into a sofa sleeper. Through the sliding glass door is the large balcony with an outdoor dining area to soak up the sun. The master suite has a king bed and can be accessed from the balcony. It offers incredible views of the gulf right when you wake up. In the guest room, you’ll find one twin and one full bed and a private bathroom. This two-bedroom condo sleeps seven guests comfortably and will easily become your next home away from home



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.



SunDestin Beach Resort is in the heart of Destin, close to many popular attractions such as Henderson Beach State Park where there’s many walking trails and Regatta Bay Golf Course. Head four miles west of the resort and you’ll find many dining options at the Destin Harbor. SunDestin 1112 is right in the middle of it all- start planning your trip now!

Everything was perfect!! Just wish the seaweed hadn't been so bad in the water. But thats nobody's fault. But great get away. Restaurant was really good too..

Wonderful Stay

Our family had a wonderful time at this location. Online booking was a breeze. Upon arrival, check was easy, the front desk staff was helping. Our room was ready early, which was great. The room itself was in great condition. The location can\'t be beat, right on the beach with great views. We will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect!

We love this condo for our annual girls trip! The building is a great location, centrally located near everything. The unit is so perfect too, being a corner unit. There's an extra long window in the dining room with incredible views of the beach along with the beautiful balcony views. It's so nice to have a more little private space for the weekend, too! The condo has everything you need to spend the weekend relaxing!

My wife & I have stay at a lot of resorts over the years. I'd have to say that all the staff at SunDestin is top shelf. Everyone was friendly, helpful and a pleasure to get to know. This includes the gift shop and the restaurant. we'll recommend this location to all of our friends, colleagues, etc. We'll defiantly stay there again. Richard Hammock

Beautiful view!

Wonderful view! Condo was very nice! King mattress was a little lumpy. The washer and dryer on the floor was a benefit! Everyone at the front desk was helpful. Loved the pool and beach access! The beach chair /umbrella service was a nice perk. Did not love the parking in over flow area. Will be back soon! Those white sandy beaches and the gorgeous water are priceless.

Outdoor pool

Good morning, This was our second year in a row staying with scenic stays at the Sundestin. We were a little surprised to find out at check in that the outdoor pool was going to be closed during our stay. This is definetly one of the reasons we choose to stay at Sundestin because of the outdoor pool. Also the trash shutes were out of order that left a garbage smell in the hallways as guests were asked to leave there trash by the elevators. I'll admit it was a little disappointing.

The carpet in the master bedroom very dirty, too much rust on shower poles both baths, cheap cooking set causing food to stick, no baking pans. Cheap very uncomfortable king mattress. I will not return to this location

Great place!

Overall wonderful place! Beautiful view! Our unit was so clean! Everyone was friendly. We are a family of 5 and stayed for a week, so toward the end we needed more towels. When we asked the desk, they said they would put a note in with the housekeeping, but we never received them. The air vents in the ceiling all leak water when the AC is on. It drips on you and leaves puddles, so it got a bit annoying. There is a washer and dryer that is shared and takes quarters. We would definitely prefer to have our own in our room and overlooked that info in the details when we booked.

Great staff, dated room with Draining issue

I stayed in room 1112 and the location and view of the beach was excellent. The staff were very friendly. The lobby is very welcoming. Elevators are very stuffy and dark. The ceiling in the hallway is very short and I'm 5'9. If i were to jump i can touch it with me head. The room is not what it looks like in the picture. The good - clean and the appliance all work - the view is spectacular with access to the balcony from the living room and master bedroom. AC worked with no issues. - sofabeds were great for the kids. Pool/ hot tub area was very convenient clean. Kids had alot of fun The bad. - Paint peeling off the dining room table. - cracked tiles - shower in the master bedroom did not drain - very tight space in the bathroom, had to step around the toilet to close the door. - shagged carpet had stains. - if you want fresh towels, you have to wash your own in a washer/dryer located in the hallway at $2.50 for each appliance. Overall a good deal with great staff, but won't be staying here again due to the items mentioned above.

The resort 0/10. It is under construction. You couldnt access the front doors. The side door barley opened. The floors and carpets were dirty and stained. We were woken daily at 8am to the sound of construction that lasted all day. Even out by the pool. No ice machines. Elevators were quick and they had 4 of them. The room 12/10. Beautiful, clean, stunning views. Bed was very firm, pillows very flat. Ac worked great. Water was hot but didnt last but 15/20 minutes. The beach 7/10. Beautiful, clean. However you cant bring your own umbrella. You can bring chairs but they have to stay behind the wall or resort chairs. Resort chairs cost 62 a day. And if you not in them at 3pm they are put away. And are closed at 6pm regardless. That was a little frustrating.

This is our second stay this spring in Condo 1112. Incredible views! Clean and very nice Condo. Well kept area & clean beach. We will stay here again.
