So close to the water - can be loud but peaceful. Turtles swimming during the day, comfortable bed, clean apartment.

What a great location! Seeing and hearing the crashing waves all day and night was truly a remarkable experience. Everything about this place was fantastic! Updated inside so it was comfortable to stay. But the outside- that is where you want to be! We saw sea turtles all day every day standing on the deck. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay here, watching the turtles from the lanai every day! We had a couple of issues which were addressed promptly by Parker. Overall it was a great place to stay in a beautiful location!

Great location within walking distance to beaches and places to eat. The view is beautiful for sunsets. Communication with Parker was excellent. Gave great recommendations of places to visit and great restaurants. Would definitely return!

This place offered the absolute best combined vacation rental experience I’ve ever had - the condo itself is older and a little small but well-appointed and offers all you need for a vacation. The complex’s pool is also lovely. However, the lanai is everything you could imagine need and more. It was hard to convince ourselves to go do anything else because we didn’t want to stop watching the turtles play in the surf under it. We also got to see a pod of spinner dolphins play their way across in front of us for hours, AND we saw more whales than we ever imagined we would (March). The location was prime - easy walk to Poipu Beach Park, easy drive from Lihue or to Old Kōloa Town and along to Waimea. Would absolutely recommend this stay, already trying to figure out when we can come back.

Incredible stay

The lanai is just incredible - the turtles, the crashing waves, the sunsets - and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful stay

Had a wonderful stay - comfortable condo, 5 min walk to beach, heated pool, and loved watching the turtles in the water off the deck. Appreciated the great AC, too.

Nice condo. A few snafus. It was pouring rain the day we arrived and there was a leak in the bedroom that was raining on our bed. We called our point of contact and wound up moving the bed having repair people caulk above the unit and on the unit. They mentioned this had happened before. The outside deck is a bit run down broken umbrellas old wood. The pool is lovely. The refrigerator is very old. Should be replaced. Nice little condo otherwise. Not easily handicap accessible. I probably wouldn’t go back.

Turtle paradise

Great property with great location. We could sit on the deck and watch turtles, dolphins and whales all day long. A very short walk to two great beaches.

Everything from start to finish was 5 stars. It's hard to imagine staying at a more ideal location in Poipu.
