We have stayed at Splash Resorts many times. This was the first time we had done a two-bedroom over the hallway bunks. I loved the amenities offered, the convenience, everything was extremely comfortable and smooth sailing.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The location was great, the condo was comfortable, and the host was very responsive.The only downside was the cleanliness upon arrival. We understand it’s a beach condo, but our feet were sandy as soon as we walked in, before we’d even been to the beach, so I ended up sweeping the floors myself. We arrived later in the evening and went straight to dinner, so we didn’t notice until bedtime that there was also sand in the master bed. The next morning, when the host checked in to see how our first night went, I let them know about the floors, the sand in the bed, and that all of the TV remote batteries were dead.The host quickly offered to send the cleaners back and have maintenance replace the batteries, which we appreciated. With a little more attention to cleaning before guests arrive, this would easily be a 5-star stay.

Family vacation at splash resort

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything from the room to the view to the booking was a plus always got a response when I had a question before we arrived the room was a two bedroom two full bathroom perfect amount of space for all six of it which was four adults and two little ones. The balcony was huge with an enough seating for all six of us to enjoy the view and listen to the waves enough chairs in the living room between the couch, loveseat and a leather chair also a dining table with four chairs for all to sit around in the evenings. Everything was wonderful. Would definitely recommend this resort for a family and recommend this company to rent a condo from A+

Relaxing Visit

Overall our visit was good, we definitely enjoyed ourselves and will be back. The condo we stayed in was a little dated, could use a freshing up.

Great stay

Enjoyed the room and the hotel facilities. The only negative thing was waiting 30 minutes for the elevator when checking out. Maybe the check out time should be staggered.

Great place for kids

It was well laid out with the 3 pools , lazy river , kiddie area .. it was exactly what the description said it was --- only 2 areas of concern , prepare to wait on an elevator during check in time - was a line down the hall waiting --- and also ive never see bar close at 6pm everyday including weekends ... very odd 6pm

Great for families

The accommodations were pristine, offering exceptional views. The "waterpark" was ideal, especially since the ocean conditions weren't favorable during our visit, prompting us to spend a significant amount of time in the pools. The staff was incredibly friendly and remarkably helpful. Additionally, the on-site shop had delightful iced coffee and donuts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it, especially for those with young children!

Property good, elevators not good

The property was great. The toddler with us enjoyed the splash area and the lazy river. The 2 builds are over 20 stories and only had 2 elevators per building, so we often had to wait a while to get on one. We prefer something a little smaller.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the condo! Our room was super clean and the beach chairs were an added bonus! Great location and the kids loved the lazy river and pools. The check in process was very easy and we had no issues during our stay. The balcony was the perfect size with enough chairs for my family of 5 to sit out and enjoy the view. Will definitely stay again!

I wish that you had reached out to our office so we could have provided you with a concierge service to bring you a pack and play to help your sleeping arrangements. Unfortunately, we don't supply railings for adult sized beds (in this case 2 kings) however we do have lots of properties that have bunk beds with very low bottom bunks in twin size perfect for your little ones.

Thank you for booking with us. I'm sorry to hear that you were not impressed by the condo. I wish we could hear what your problems with the property were, however you never called into our office to report an issues or complaints. I would've loved to addressed anything that wasn't satisfactory but we weren't given a chance to help. Our property is exactly as it appears in the photographs and virtual walk through. There are a lot of issues with this unit. Dirty sofas, stained sheets. We had to clean the sheets before sleeping on them for the first night. There was a lot of sand on both beds. Many dishes are chipped or cracked. Non working TV. If you was your clothes be ready to do drying cycle multiple times because it’s still wet. We are a regular visitors at splash and this was not a good experience

Great place to stay with children

Splash is a great Resort to bring children to. They really enjoy the choice of two pools, a lazy river, splash pad and even a 2 slide area that includes a giant water bucket. There is even a small arcade on premises. The unit was clean and the only issue was with the smoke detectors. They went off about 10 min after arriving. Lonnie, the maintenance guy, showed up jimmy johns quick and got things resolved. There was no fire of course. The rest of our stay was great and we would book this unit again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was very clean and beautiful!! The second bedroom king bed frame was falling apart. Luckily our kids were small and it didn't affect their sleep. The pools/splash pad are supposed to be heated but were cold. The one pool did warm up with the sun for the second half of the day. Somewhat slow elevators, but that comes with any resort. The free beach service provided and the staff at Splash were great! My family overrall had a great time!
